I am learning from fastway that it takes over a week to pick an item from a Midrand store and delivery it to a Mirdrand addressslow way service is very bad and unprofessional, Ive been waiting for my order to arrive since 21 July 2021, I ordered from a store in Midrand and I am also based in Midrand, it takes them over a week to deliver within 3.5 km radius, 10 minutes drive, thats how bad the service is at slow way. My order is left at North Bay 2 for the second time now

Its been over a week now and still no delivery. Fastway...need a name change. Spoke to operations a day before and he had the driver on the phone saying it would be delivered the next day. I sent the driver my pin location. Still no package. Had a package collected and delivered from same supplier using an alternative courier service, received the package the next day. Received a package via the post office, took 3days from Port Elizabeth. A fastway driver forced one of our suppliers to open a shipment as he thought the supplier looked suspicious. This in itself was wrong on behalf of fastway but now we have discovered that items in the the shipment are missing.The witbank franchise owner Johannes doesnt seem that surprised by the incident and became less accommodating and quite obnoxious when I requested to be reimbursed for the goods .Needless to say we will be moving our business elsewhere.

How long can it take a smallish package to be delivered to an address less than 25km from the depo? Sounds more like a one man show to me ? Other courier companies operating from Jhb deliver in less time than this, its time to up your performance!

If your job is to get a parcel safely from point a to point b and twice in a row you get it from point a to lost and when its finely found the package and its content have been destroyed then you guys should really look at another business because you obviously cant hand the one you are in. To get a parcel 2 months in a row with the plant inside so destroyed is shocking. to top it off this month you lost the parcel and delivered it to someone else. No one that wants to run a reputable business can use your services. Also this way up on a box doesnt mean lie it down and shack it around.

The courier drove around with my parcel for days and logged it as he couldnt find me yet made no attempt to contact me. The WhatsApp and online chat get no response from actual people, only the automated responses. They took 5 working days to email me about an online query and then told me that my tracking number belongs to a 2019 parcel to Cape Town. For some reason they think I ordered from One Day Only, which I didnt. Their service is just terrible.They also gave a very snooty reply to a complaint.

The most unprofessional incompetent courier service ever!!!!Over night package ended up taking a week to be delivered!. No feedback on their online query to this day! I am appalled. I had to phone them daily just to try find out where my package went. As a small business owner I would like to warn any other small businesses thinking about using Fastway - Stay away. Pour Service, Boxes delivered late which then damages your reputation not theirs. Many damaged parcels and blame placed on you. They might be the cheapest but the service is horrendous.

Ordered a parcel online. Shop used Fastway to send parcel. Parcel picked up 30/11/2020 in PTA. Supposed to go to PE. Parcel tracking shows only was picked up. Its 05/12/2020 now. Still not in PE depot. Stolen or just incompetent? Support non existant. PE Depot not helpfull. No one cares about customers. Very poor service. Seeing all these negative reviews I dont understand why they even still exist?

I cannot believe how terrible the service of Fastway Couriers is. I cannot get through to anyone when trying to phone their depots. Should I get through I get my call directed else where with no answer. I was informed my parcel would be delivered today but an hour later it was dropped off back at the depot. I have been trying to find out why this happened for the past hour and all I am told is that the driver took the parcel back to the depot this morning with no valid reason.

The joke is the parcel was only collected on Friday 23 October 2020 by a driver of Fastway by the name of Petrus no Form of tracking left. Fastway you guys are pathetic your switch board is not answered, and when it is answered your lady cannot even supply me a managers number. In South Africa every small company need to be supported but Fastway just closed my small company. Thank you Petrus and Fastway. Please do not use Fastway, they will never do my work again Regards

All my money in my wallet (on their platform) was taken away and it took weeks for them to then all of a sudden they say they cant offer me a service! The WORST COURIER COMPANY in South Africa!!! I have only had bad experiences with this company.Currently, I’m waiting for 2 packages that’s been with them for about 2 weeks. The packages were out for delivery THREE TIMES already and it is still not delivered. After calling numerous times trying to find out what is happening, they keep saying that it will be delivered on that day. It has come to point where we decided to call them every hour to find out the status of our packages and is, of course, being promised by them again and again that it is on its way…but still no delivery!

Fastway Couriers is literally the company with the WORST service I have come across in my entire life. I have been waiting for my parcel for more than a week after I have corrected the address - just to find out it has never been corrected, I tried to correct it 5 times and every time I phone back it still hasnt been corrected. Since they dont deliver on Saturdays, I rated 1 star as a glimmer of hope it will actually arrive come Monday (7 days later). Fast is not the way things are. The courier, Andile, was so helpful and friendly over the phone. The only reason my package didnt arrive in two days time was because it shipped out over the weekend and I understand that they need a break as well. The only advise I have is that the girls who answer the phones be a little friendlier, you guys were so helpful it just sounded like you didnt want to be and that can be unnerving to some. Other than that, great service! Will definitely use you guys again.

What poor service. Delivery promised for yesterday - nothing. Not even a heads-up, so I wasted a day waiting at home. When I called today (NOTE: I had to make the follow-up) I was promised delivery between 10 and 11am. Needless to say, delivery was only at 11:55. No apology, just a shrug. Whole process took almost 4 days from parcels arrival in Cape Town on Friday afternoon. The name Fastway is a complete misnomer.

A parcel was stolen on 29.01.2019. Up until today, no response was received. Only after we escalated the issue today, did we receive a response. The lady in charge of claims Janet Fraser, has a poor attitude and shows no sense of customer service. Her attitude is demeaning to a customer, who, regardless of what amount, needs a claim to be resolved.
