Theyre really unprofessional, dont expect to get much help from them. They refer you to wrong numbers and hang up calls when you call for a follow up. No matter how gentle and kind you are in your manner of asking for assistance they do not seem intent on offering that assistance. Keep your expectations low to avoid disappointment/frustration.

Best service ever

I cant get over the EXCELLENT service I got form City Logistics! A box was misplaced during my Mr Price delivery. Within 15 minutes of calling City Logistics, I have receivd a call letting me know that they were working on it. I never had to call them once as they called me for updates the whole time. They went out of their way at 4pm to go back to the Mr Price warehouse and get the box and bring it to me - deliverying it to me just before 5 pm. I deal a lot with couriers and have never had service as good as this!!! HIGHLY impressed!!

The service I have received from the staff of this courier company is absolutely shocking ,the lack of communication and delivery saw me losing a project of 84000 a month of revenue !I ordered furniture.from mr price home and had to chase up and escalate my delivery like a mad person ,a consultant called to confirm delivery for the furniture and we finalized that I should have it before 13:00as I needed this for an exam . this was a display I needed to present to a client !!!!after calling numerous times and speaking to Casey and her manager who promised to call me in 30.minutes and never did !never bothered to keep me updated or apologised!How you can mess with peoples lives and think its okay is beyond me !!! I am disgusted to say the least ,I will definetly make sure that I take this up with my legal team. Your company will be liable for losses

Don’t answer phones or return calls

No delivery at prearanged time, phone numbers do not work.

Company did not stick to pre-arranged delivery time and they are unable to track their deliveries. Various phone numbers dont work when dialed or put through or no answer.

You guys don’t pick up your phones!!!!! What’s wrong???
