Seems to be a common thread...extremely rude lady behind the counter. I left and walked across to the mall to Kodak. Half the price and friendly decent service.Dont ever go to Zaks..like ever

Extremely rude lady at the back of the counter. The gentleman there atleast is much friendlier than her.

They offer wide range of services, from internet access, to printing out important documents, sell stationery and is a German Embassy visa photo centre.

Terrible service in this place, the attitude of the lady that works at the front-desk is disgusting. The store is not even worth half a star of rating. The moment i alerted the lady that she has a stinking attitude towards me as a customer she responded and i will quote her exact words if you have a problem with my attitude, please dont come back. See right there, she lost me and the motivation for my outrage was purely motivated by an observation Ive made in 3 occasions that i went there to use the service or accompanying a friend. She has been consistently been rude to most customers and i told her that but she was unbothered. And you probably wondering whats her name, unfortunately she doesnt wear a tag but i guarantee you that if you can go there tomorrow, you will definitely know her.

Wish I could give 0 stars because thats how much the lady at the reception is worth. Shes got the worst attitude imaginable and then she tells me there is no card machine to swipe?

Just go to Kodak across the street in the mall. Thank me later
