Tony is very responsive and the pricing is fair compared to others. They do what they say, and you get what you order. I had to get a refund on my windows 10 Pro upgrade (refund was paid back to me). I would advise to purchase Windows 10 pro elsewhere as I don’t think ComX is an authorised MS certified reseller. I ordered and received stock exactly as quoted, with the exception of MS Windows 10 pro, which was refunded to me.

In a cut throat business these guys have stood the test of time, prices are generally good, service good, not much more to be said. Ive bought from them the first time in 2003 when they were operating out of Queenswood area and still use them every now and again.

I dont know what is happening with these guys. I ordered a USB wifi dongle, paid for it and opted to collect. Thereafter they werent answering my calls and I dont even know when to collect the item. This is sub optimal service. At least they should communicate.

Hmmmm makes me wonder. I enquired today and received a quote promptly (Automated response I think). Then I replied with a stock availability request and nothing since. Not sure if I should proceed. Whats the point of quoting on a product if it might not be available ? Jun 2021: Despite only email and online quote request options the service was excellent and replies prompt. We will definitely recommend them and use them in future.Now four months later a returned item which was promised to take a week has been a month with replies to my emails.
