It’s a decent place to eat at if you enjoy African food, it’s clean and affordable. The salads were delicious but might be small for most. I had the mogodu (tripe) and dumpling. The dumpling was good but small and I didn’t particularly enjoy the spice used in the tripe, it just overpowered the dish. My husband had the trotters and they were good, not amazing but okay, he enjoyed them. I loved their ginger beer.
Save yourself and your money. The worst. Unprofessional. We ordered. Never got food. Ended up being refunded. Sies!
I think my friends here forget that theyre in the service business. This is the third time Ive had to return or complain about my order. 3rd too many. I get it youre young and hip restaurant owners or managers but theres a degree of professionalism you need to put behind your brand or business if Im to part with my hard earned cash to support you. Good is good but its too oily just hoping that the oil quality is not detrimental to our health
Half of the meals on the menu are never available. You are told about a ship from America bringing food whilst everything on their menu is available around the corner. Probably the only place I know that never has a full compliment of their menu. The wonder Didi is super mean. She told me to go somewhere else where they stock their menu. Very rude lady with no customer service. In the 10 minutes I was there where I had to order anything they had because I was hungry and wanted something to eat, the only 3 customers that entered left without buying because what they came to order was stocked out. I mean, how hard is it to get hardbody or port trotters?I live 3 minutes from Didilicious but I will chose to drive 20 minutes to a caravan that has better quality food, good service and always stocked up with everything on the menu. Unless they change their attitude and suppliers, their investment will not see one year.Terrible!!!!!!!
For someone that loves home-cooked meals such as myself I must say I was quite pleased when this place opened. The Beef stew is my favorite 😋 soft & tender the best Ive ever had.I also tried the hardbody & I was never a fan of hard body until I tried the hardbody from Didilicious the taste is out of this world.
Ordered Mogodu & Pork Trotters.I must say the mogodu is the best Ive ever had.The food is so fresh & delectable as someone who has quite an appetite,I am happy to say that the portions are very generous and well worth their prices.Consider me a loyal customer:)
Food amazing place is so nice breath of fresh air the crowd is amazing. I dont mind going there daily I enjoyed everything on the menu my go to restaurant❤️
The most amazing African food I have ever had in Pretoria. 📍Si la
AmazingBeautiful service and delicious food...👍🏽
You wait for food for the 30 minutes while the shop is empty. No apology for the delay nothing.
If you want to wait 30 min for your food while other people who came after you get their orders, then this is the place for you. I guess you have to have connection to get your food in time. Was not impressed at all.
Perfect experience
