One of our favorite take out spots in Marina Da Gama and Muizenberg.The sushi is delicious, reasonably priced and always fresh. They have individual portions, platters and regularly run specials.Their Thai dishes are very, very tasty and they have a good variety of dishes.Always service with a smile.

Shin thai sushi is always fresh and is the most devine sushi ever. They never disappoint.

WORST food I have ever had. The padthai was grey. Had no vegetables in it and tasted slimey and very sweet.The Tom Kah soup was just coconut milk with NO FLAVOUR!

GREAT PLATTERS! You call and collect. They moved but food is still good. Still order the huge platters with side dishes cause everything is impossible to choose from.Fried noodles taste different which means the chef knows what TF he/she is cooking.Fresh ginger and wasabi is of good qualityGreat so see they are finally on Mr D!

Lots of options on the menu. Food has always been delicious and portion sizes are generous. They allow you to call ahead to place your order. They do get very busy over weekends but service is consistently good.

I live down the road, Im the kind of guy that will drive 30min away for quality.Thankfully, that is not needed to satisfy my sushi and or Chinese cravings, with Shin Thai 3 minutes away.Absolutely blown away every time. Quality, fresh ingredients, competitive prices, and very warm and welcoming staff.Do yourself a favour people.*sorry, my kid demolished her crispy California rolls before I could get some good pics lol (she doesnt normally eat sushi)

Waited almost 2 hours for sushi!! Absolutely ridiculous, and to add my salmon sashimi was frozen. Super disappointed as I used to love their service and food. Not going back.

Fresh produce and Asian flavour is absolutely great. I love a good dumpling. Thai curry is always Devine and the sushi is tops. Only outside seating makes them. mindfull of the times we are in.

Ordered take away through Mr. Delivery. The Tom Yum was terrible, the prawns did not look fresh at all (I only ate 1), and the soup was grainy and very oily.The chicken chow mein was likewise very below par. The chicken was not well cooked and the rest was overly oily and unpleasant. Ive ordered chow mein from numerous places and this was a big disappointment. I ended up reordering from a regular place I order from.

Not sure what the food will be like, but I dont think it will be worth over an hours wait, will certainly not come again, irrespective of how good the food may or may not be. I dont think any ones time is worth that wait, darn right rude.

Placed a take away order and picked it up 20min later. Food was still nice and hot when we got home. Shared a Cashew nut Chicken Stir fry, Egg fried Rice and Chicken Sweetcorn soup between 2 for R110. Very tasty and portions are really reasonable for the price.

We love Shin Thai and have them programmed in our phones for take out after a long day. Their portion sizes are generous and they are always quick to have your order ready. Mongolian beef is my husbands go-to everytime.

Real authentic Thai food made by real Thai chef, although this establishments interior is very simple, nothing to write home about, not really a sit down cozy restaurant, but more focused on take away meals. Their food is really tasty, ecpecially their Tom Yum, hot & spicy soups is recommended on a cold day. The Chow Mein, Chop Suey, Phad Thai, Duck pancakes, Egg Foo Yung is also recommended. Great selection of SUSHI at affordable prices, (Combo 5,=Avo Maki 8 pcs , Salmon Maki 8 pcs, Salmon California Rolls 4 pcs, Tuna California Rolls 4 psc, Salmon Nigiri 4 psc, Rainbow Rolls 8 pcs, all for R180.
