I would like to know if I can get a refund for winter girls tights I purchased today at vangate mall. When I got home and took it out of the packaging it was so small the 9 - 12 looks like a 4 - 5 and the 7 - 8 looks like a 3 - 4... Your sizes are deceiving , Im so disappointed I want my refund and also could I do return at your canal walk branch, vangate mall Customer service is hopeless.

Fantastic selection of shoes at good prices

Didnt want to accept my return after wearing it within canal walk for 10 mins then returning it back because I realised the shoe is bit big for me. They said as long as there is no fault with the shoe itself they wont accept it. So I asked for the return policy & he ( presume the manager) didnt give me ,he just said as long as you used it I wont accept it.Beware ! Because basically they dont have a return policy.

Decent service. Shoes sre decent prices. Huge variety. One con is that they did not want to check through all the stock for a size requested by my wife. They said to come back as stock will be sorted another day.

I can see why your shoes are as cheap as it is. It is low quality shoes. I bought a pair of Bulldog shoes from you recently, and within a few short weeks I could see that this pair wont last forever. Three months later, and Im dumping it in the bin.
