Unfortunately its not well placed because it really is out the way, and they have heaps of the large sizes, but not many of the usual 4s, 5s and 6s

Not really great value... prices were very similar or the same as the normal store prices.. Kids school shoes R500, no special value store pricing. Staff not really sales people, they merely pointed us in the direction of where the shoes were and didnt offer feet sizing assistance or advice.

We didnt find what we were looking for. The staff was helpful and friendly. The security welcomed us from the gate and we didnt wait at all, the security at the door was also very welcoming. The shop is clean

Bad walk out without a pair of shoes saleslady couldnt even convince me too buy even something else although they dont have wht i was lookingfor bad service greencross epping.

Called this morning, to be told that they close 16h30. Arrived at 15h15, to be informed that all staff have left at 15h00. Came all the way from Tokai.

Not much for men like casual shoes or tekkies but very affordable when they have Sale

Its honestly not what I was expecting, I was told that prices on shoes are lower than the stores. I decided to make a trip and stop by, only to see that prices are similar to the stores, there isnt any major sales or discounts available. In fact some stores have better prices. Overall I didnt find anything I liked however the staff members who were attending to us were very helpful.

I happened to come across the factory shop by chance. There were some people I was dropping off there. The factory shop was okay but I didnt see much variety in their product offerings compared to what I see in the shop.Being a factory shop at least youre guaranteed to have relatively better pricing compared to the normal shops

Their shoes are excellent quality at affordable prices. The location is out of the way, but its really worthwhile, considering that the same shoes are a third of the price more at their retail stores in Cavendish Square and the V&A. The service was also good.

Due to my feet problems, I only wear Green Cross shoes. I always find bargains and their shoes are reasonably priced. The store layout is easy accessible to find your shoe size. Staff are always ready to assist and advise customers.

Really amazing products made for comfort and to last. They sell shoes and shoe products and have a wide range to chose from. They sell everything from smart shoes to slippers. I recommend a visit.

Very dissapointed that stop manufacturing supporting sandals with velcro for the front of the foot and around the ankle.

They used to be cheap and good quality shoes previously but now its difficult to get a good deal. Limited variety and high prices not much cheaper than the Green Cross at the mall

Have not been here in a while but we found some good quality shoes for work and leisure wear. This is the factory shop. Had a nice sale going as well with additional discounts on already reduced shoes.

I visited the store today and was pleasantly surprised that the store was quite with only a handful of customers. I needed assistance and everytime I had to walk to the sales counter at the entrance to ask for assistance. I would then be assisted and the store sales person would walk back to the counter at the entrance and carry on chatting to her colleagues. This happened several times. Green Cross customer service was not good today. I will plan a visit in the near future and submit an update.

You can get a good quality product for a great price

No service, and have to look for staff for assistance. Was good value for money before, but now its just overpriced. For same items that was purchased 6 months ago, the prices have almost doubled. Not worth the trip to this place, not withstanding the congested traffic from the industrial area close by, at any time of the day.

No longer that cheap but one can still pick up an inexpensive comfortable pair
