Very pathetic service at this store,no value for customers,they dont take customers serious,to think that today I was taken as a fool and made to call their online service myself while at the store to enquire meanwhile the staff is outside chatting,I have never felt so disrespected .Edroy and Ur lady colleague who refused to give me her name.I will take this further ..taking people for a ride as if we begging to be given the staff for free.
