Excellent shoes and service. Everyone on the shop floor was friendly and helpful. It is a bit hard to find a description of how to get to the shop would be great for future clients.

I have previously posted a negative comment and Veldskoen has given me a call to rectify the issue I had. Sometimes a negative can turn to a positive if the right people see it and make right the mistakes that has been made. I respect that and Im happy to start off fresh as I regain my confidence in a brand I actually loved.

Great price. The only downside was that the sale was held in a small room and due to covid control, the queue was slow. A bonus though, was the free boerie roll😁

Honestly some of the best service I have ever received! After buying a pair online they arrived in good time but once trying them they were one size too small... We emailed them and then a few days later they delivered the new pair as a straight swap for the smaller pair! The delivery driver was incredibly friendly too.Oh and lets not forget to mention the quality of the shoes... incredible! I wore my other pair for 6 months in Switzerland through snow and rain every single day and they are still perfect to this day!

After a slight hiccup with my shoes I made contact with a lovely lady by the name of Elizabeth, whom sprung into action and helped a brother out, there was a slight miscommunication, but that didnt stop a great transaction taking place... after having both pairs of shoes replaced ( even some good luck sprinkled on my Springbok supporters pair allowing us to win the world cup ) I am more than happy with the service received! Kudos to the team at Veldskoen South Africa & I highly recommend the product for both comfort & longevity!

After getting a pair of heritage green Veldskoene present for my bday the size was one too big. I mailed them and they said with no problem to come in to the branch to change the size. I went in on Monday morning and was helped under 5min with great service. Highly recommended the service and the shoes wears great. Get a pair people worth it.

I’ve ordered shoes from the heritage range, chelsea boot range and recently I ordered a pair of the vellies too. My order was placed at about 11pm at night and the very next morning I received a call saying my shoes are on the way! Incredible service and even better shoes. My chelsea boots have been through the works and still look almost new 👏👏👏.

Now if you want these top quality boots they actually have a shop by their headquarters in Parden Eiland where you can try on and buy. Shop isn’t easy to find but just go in and ask at reception of office space. Great boots and great service - please update your website and more people will come to your shop 🤣

Initially my order went well. Next day delivery and the product was great but the sizing was very wrong. Started the return process 3 weeks ago to the day. They were collected 2 days later. Mailed on 29 November to ask for feedback. Haven’t heard anything.What a disappointment. It started out so well.

Quick and painless, got some kwaai skoene for the matric dance

Unfortunately I was lied to by this company. Was told my shoes were being dispatched today. Two weeks went by and nothing. I followed up again, and only after getting very angry and requesting a refund were my shoes actually dispatched. They also had the audacity to tell me I had given them the wrong cellphone number, when they had called me on that same number the very day before. Product is nice, but the online order process and customer service is poor. Glad to have finally received my shoes so that I can cut ties with Veldskoen.

*final update* after more than a 2 week delay i received my shoes. I was not compensated after all. Laces were of poor quality on arrival and were badly damaged after the first time using them. I will no longer follow up as it seems to just be an unnecessary hassle and i have my shoes which i do really like, too bad for the poor service. Will just have to replace the laces. Overall - would not recommend them or buy from them again, which is indeed a pitty as they sell a good product.*Update* I have received my shoes. Love them already, Veldskoen have offered to compensate me for the late delivery so Im happy with that. After all this, maybe I will shop with them again. In the future I hope you guys sort out whatever the issue is so that we can receive these beautiful shoes in the 3-5days that you state.

I ordered before christmas and received on time. It does not fit my husband and I e-mailed them the next day. 26th. I also filled in the on-line return form. Phoned today, no answer. 2 Jan 2019. Hoping this will get their attention and that they will contact me.
