These people have an arrogance that they carry with them. I dont like it. They have good security system, staff just need to change their attitude.

I recently started looking for quotes from various security services. All except for one did a good job (in the sense of listening to what I want and their response time for each quote). Vetus Schola Somerset West sent their only sales representative (Lee) to give me a qoute. He came back to me a day later with a quote for a generic system which I did not ask for. We discussed the requirements around the house and I was expecting to get a quote based on what we discussed. I then subsequently mailed back to ask for what we chatted about, to which I got no response. 4-Days later I sent another email requesting it again, to which he said he will do on that afternoon.... it is now 5-Days later again and no response. Seems like Vetus Schola does not want any new business, they seem to be sorted. They will definitely not be getting my business. And based on this experience, I cannot have any confidence in their actual services.

My faulty alarm went off friday night/saturday morning so i called to find out what the deal is and what the lights meant.Apparently I had a TROUBLE warning so someone was dispatched to have a look at my premises.40 minutes of me consoling my stressed out and scared fiance later, a guard arrives, shines his torch over one area of the house and complains out front lights are too bright. He did not do a search.After he left, the alarm went off again so i called back and was told a technician would contact me. No contact was made.Sunday my faulty alarm goes off again. No technician contact.Monday (today) I have phoned twice and been told a technician will contact me. Still nothing.Regardless of the long wait for a technician, im not sure a 40 minute response time to an alarm signal is what anyone would want in a security company.

We are members but have called to report strange activities and they have always been friendly and responsive. Well done team!!

I leave work early from Cape Town to be at home for a 16h00 appointment and their technicians turn up more than 20 minutes late. When I complained they told me that they were busy. Extremely arrogant. Thinking of cancelling my armed response as I am not confident that they are the right company any more.

The most visible security detail in the helderberg. Im not a member of them but they have helped me numerous times.

We was quoted to replace our Remotes. VS required payment before installation. On the day of installation they realized we need a new system and they required almost R 3000 more. I cancelled but after 2 weeks am still waiting for my refund?

Terrible after sales service and ignored all my emails after an incident when they were at fault. Zero professionalism.
