These guys are amazing. We had a home /business invasion yesterday by 12 thugs. I was beaten black and blue.It became clear, after dealing with SAP that the nor regular security companies were not going to cut it, security wise. Cue PPA. I called them at 430pm. Their professionalism was amazing.Within 2 hours I had fully armed tactical guards on site, and well be keeping them on site while we figure out what to do. Weve signed up for their panic app too, they will respond to your panic button wherever you are in the city, and despatch tactical response units to assist you.The peace of mind the PPA Angels have made the plethora of tasks that come with these situations manageable. The peace of mind is invaluable and even a few hours sleep has been possible.500 stars arent enough for these guys. I am very thankful and overwhelmed by how on top of it and professional they have been 🙏🙏

We had a fire at the building I reside in today.The building security is managed by PPA security. The security staff have zero training of any emergency protocol at all. An hour into the situation and not a single security staff knew off the fire. Not a single staff called the fire brigade. Not a single staff knew any sort of emergency protocol. The security told us that there was just a power failure and actually led residents into the building through the fire escape as the lift was not working. Not a single staff was competent enough to handle any moment of the situation. Your staff need proper training as this experience was completely horrendous and scares many of us residents to think that this new building is being managed by such an incompetent and untrained staff. Are we actually safe ?

Best security company in Western Cape

The worst security company I have ever encountered! My apartment block uses this security company and I have experienced nothing but bad service. They have absolutely no customer skills. The staff members are rude and abrupt and don’t have a cooking clue as to what’s happening in the building that they’re supposed to be keeping secure. I received an email to collect my tag from the reception area and waited about 15mins and was told multiple times my tag wasn’t here only for them to find it as I was about to walk away. It’s a clear indication of their training, which I might add is non existent. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone looking to externally source security.

A group of hired guns that will listen to any member of society if there is money involved. Not professional at all. Will protect their own lives over their clients. Do not have any discretion. Should you enlist their services, be advised they shoot from the hip, Like ISIS or Buko Haram. Typical untrained gaurd.

Callous, intimidatory bunch of unprofessional security bros. The event detail are quite possibly the single worst example of private security, caring more about respect for the men with guns rather than providing any actual security for an event. NEVER hire them for any large events where you need smart security, not bouncers with kevlar.

Have had some disturbing encounters with the PPA team. Once we encountered aggression and then violence and physical harm. Second encounter a group of friends encountered the same security guards, this time intimidation with guns, this is never okay, nor do they have the authority. Absolutely shocking. Will never recommend this company, Rather warn people of their conduct.
