Had messy experience with them. They could not solve issues on alarm batteries running flat during load shedding, causing alarm to blaze after power returns.. I complained many times, they are slow to respond to issues.Their tech team did not keep to their appointments. Many times made promises and then didnt show up. Difficult to get hold of their techs and when they came out, they bill you, but nothing gets fixed. They are happy to take your money, but they are terrible with their human relations and aftersales services.As you can see from many other 1 star ratings, they have a bad reputation, and dont seem to care about all their 1 star low ratings.I can NOT recommend them.

They double billed and debited my bank acc for a pilot light I requested and then just sold us off to ADT without any prior notice...they now do not respond to ANY query regarding the double billing and ADT wont assist as it was before their takeover....

Since the installation of my alarm system in July21and their App, MiRhino, have I experienced endless problems. It constantly gives Panel Errors, Network errors and so it goes on!! Ive complained about it numerous times with no positive responses, accept empty promises with booking it with technical. Im at a point of cancelling my 3 year contract that just started as they have to date not delivered on their responsibilities!!
