Its sad that one pays for food for it to be thrown away, secondly I am struggling to get through to them with the contact information that I get on Google to explain I paid for wasnt part of my meal when I got home. In any case the other food was very unpleasant. Can someone please help me with the right number because I dont also want to waste petrol

Dont even dare go here!!! I am an absolute favorite of their famous sauce but this Zebros is very disappointing. If the chips is not cold, the chicken is dry or the sauce does not even even cover all the chips, like why give it if its not gonna cover the chips. They really need staff. Ive been here a couple of time and only saw 3 people. While theyre busy at the back there is no one helping customers, resulting in unnecessary queues and people leaving to buy from other takeaway joints. For a franchise already fading away this is really disappointing to see this still happening.

Poor quality,raw chicken,was not.braai.properly,we got sick afterwards.Never ever again.

Gatsby was ice cold. Brian dont listen properly and knows everything. I told him it was cold and he argued his way out. Poor client service waste of money and time.

No flavor on the chicken,too little sauce and meat is dry..its just a waste ..I used to enjoy Zebros meat but after years of not having it,I actually regreted buying from them.Customer service is also bad,the guy who assisted me,he behaved as if am asking too much and he was in a hurry 🙄

The chicken is burned and the chips is horrible not properly cooked. Do not waste your money just wasted mine.

The food tasted like it was over done and burnt with sauce added that wasnt sticky enough to stay on the meal. Bad taste and they only had one flavour

I just had a gatsby from Zebros N1 City. It tasted awful! Tasted like the oil things were fried in was old and chips were hard. Never again, will I waist my money on them again. Aaaargh! Yuck!

Extremely slow service. Unfriendly staff. Phoned to place an order, only when waiting 5 minutes after arrival to collect the food did they start with the chicken on the braai. Been let down a few times here, no longer impressed. Would simply just be nice if the staff smiled or at least didnt make you wait so long for food geesh. Terrible store at n1 city!

I ordered food via Mr Delivery... Myself and my fiancé got up from bed wanting chicken only to get there and then they weren’t even sure what we ordered. Chicken was boiled and not flame grilled and then we get home prepared plates and only to find strands of hair inside the food. Pathetic honestly... I will never ever order food from this restaurant again.

The place has gotten a little old from years back when it opened its doors, but the food in this place makes you forget for a moment of how Parow has lost its sheen of the early 2000s. Even if the service is not always given with a smile, you still enjoy the food.

Zebros N1 City is such a rip off , poor quality food, over priced and poorly trained staff to deal with Customer Service Issues.Clearly its an owner who doesnt even care about quality of food , from what the staff says they follow the owners instructions...Kudos to the owner , hope you get RICH cheating your Clients.Very happy individual, but a very unhappy Zebros Customer.

Horrible customer service, arrived at 20h30, only to be stared at (no communication), after asking if theyre closed or whats going on I was told that theyre closing soon and not taking any orders. I asked when do they close... 21h00.
