So the first I went, had brekkie... was great... loved it...This time around... some good and some not so good.Cappuccino... holy wow... incredible... hot chocolate, milkshakes all good...My friend had the nachos... half... loved itI had the pineapple chicken schnitzel stack... loved it...Other friends had variety of pizzas. All good.Except 2 cases...Avo, biltong and fig pizza was ordered. Got a bacon and something pizza. When my friend pointed it out the waiter proceded to say that it was what was ordered. She said she prdered the biltong one and he went away with the pizza, just to bring the same pizza back a few mines later with biltong shavings on top... another pizza had to be ordered after we complained with management.Second case was a bit bizarre where a staple (yes, the ones you use in a stapler) was found on another friends pizza. When we called the manager, he immediately removed the pizza and brought a new one. Great service on managements part.Besides the waiters attitude, everything was really great and would definitely go again...

It was the first time that I visited a Saddles Steak Ranch. Very nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Good selection of dishes and super lekker food. Nice kiddy play area for the small ones. We really had a good time there yesterday and will be back.

This is a very nice restaurant. The food was good and they are situated on a farm so the scenery is also very nice. There is a big play area for kids and they have a child minder looking after the kids which is nice. Everyone is very friendly. The reason i only gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because they are a little bit more pricey then spur.It is however worth the extra couple of rands.

Third time around.First time we didnt even sit down, unfriendly staff didnt make me and my family feel welcome at all.Second time I went alone for lunch. Good steak, good friendly service.3rd time I took my family with again. The biltong/avo/feta pizza was excellent. The waiter did her best and got a good, well deserved tip.However, the overall feeling I got was the we were being done a favour. I might visit again. Just for the pizza.

This place is an amazing family restaurant. The service and food is very good. Theres a nice play area with a road track and plastic bikes to ride on. Also a sandpit with toys and a climbing wall. The tables outside are close to the play area so you can watch the kids. Well definitely visit regularly.

Saddles has always been known as a good budget, family friendly restaurant franchise and the Saddles on Bottelary Road is no different. They have a diverse menu ensuring that everyone gets something to their liking, with the cherry on top being the fact that they now have Saggy Stone craft beers on-tap (the Saggy Stone California Steamer is definitely my favorite). They have inside and outside seating options with the outside area being covered and it has canvas panels that they can close if it gets cold. If you sit outside you also have a beautiful view of their pond. For families with younger kids there is a play area where they can enjoy themselves while you enjoy your meal. I also want to give special thanks to our waiter, he was very funny and enthusiastic, and truly made us feel welcome without being overbearing.

We always have an amazing experience at this Saddles. Saturday we had an amazing time as we had a family celebration there. We had such great service from Billy The Kid and he made so much efforts to make our day even more memorable and the little things he done really blew us away.

Last night was the third time that myself and my wife had dinner at Saddels. This time round I wasnt happy with the meat at all. I think it was refrigerated up and until the food was ordered. I am not sure if it was rump or the chef didnt prepare it to perfection? Today my wife have a upset tummy and had to visit the bathroom a couple of times.

Bad food service. Went for breakfast and it looks like they couldnt deal with traffic flow, my order as well as other customers received the wrong order or something wasnt cooked right. Good hot chocolate.Hostess was amazing. Manager was amazing too except he wasnt Covid friendly, amazing personality but his mask was down and then sat in our booth and spoke all over our food, great guy but not Covid conscious.

Great little restaurant, great food and the steaks are amazing... The best thing on the menu currently is the build a platter where you can choose what kind of meat you want for relatively good prices. The vibe is great and chilled but it can get full.

We had a late lunch there. First time and what a great place. The owners are friendly and always going around to the tables to check on their clients. The food portions are big and delicious. My husband said he would eat there every evening. So go hungry so you can eat all up.

Just had the worst experience at saddles now...Celebrating our 15th anniversary we decided to come and have breakfast...Was seated at 10:10.....until 11:45 when we decided to leave we still have not received our breakfast.....This was our very 1st time here and I am really not impressed.Paid for our juices we had and the apology we get is that they had big groups.Unacceptable......so your clients is not as important as your groups? Everyone around us came and left and we were still sitting. I understand places are busy....but to wait almost 2 hours for your food and still nothing.....

Their food is nice. But I think their service is a bit slow. Maybe they need to add more staff.

It was a terrible . The worst service I have ever experienced . We arrived at 12:15 only for for drinks to arrive at 13:30 and food at 14:30. The mangers just made excuses and werent really worried and to top it off the manager physically attacked one of the guest in front of kids .Absolutely pathetic.
