I am incredibly annoyed with Sunningdale Pharmacy today, been trying to call both numbers 10 times already, and it either goes to voicemail or the call actually gets DECLINED, which in my opinion is very unproffesional! What if it is an emergency? But they just couldnt be bothered...

I can definitely recommend Raymond and his team. Friendly, fast service. Very nice lady that does the delivery of the medication, sometimes even after hours. Please know we appreciate it so much. Thank you Raymond and staff you are the best 10/10

This review is long overdue. I have been getting my meds from Sunningdale Pharmacy for the last 15 years, maybe longer. I have always been so impressed with the amazing person service Ray and his staff offer. I dont feel like I am just another client. I feel like family. Thank you! 😊

Sunningdale pharmacys service is absolutely first class, they have bent over backwards for me and I wouldnt use any other pharmacy. They also deliver and even their delivery man is so polite and respectful.

The staff are professional and know what they are doing I have repeat scripts and its such a pleasure to just collect and go no Hassel of cant help cause system is off line,Im sure its happened to many of us

HiWe would hereby like to lay a complaint against the nurse, Bev Mackay. We found her to be rude, unprofessional and condescending towards us. She even refused to see us. Why did she act like this?Today, 18 December 2020, we took our 5 month old to get vaccinated. As it was my first time there I figured Ill go and ask if we can bring her in. The nurse, was busy texting on her phone when I knocked on the door. She then looked up at me and without smiling or greeting asked me to sit outside the room. This was rude but I thought let it slide. Then I went to fetch my daughter in the car and my wife entered with her.The next words the nurse said was, where is the book in an irritated tone may I add. This was when the confrontation started.Fact of the matter is we are paying patients and we will not allow discriminatory behaviour towards us.We would like her to change her attitude to patients.Please contact us for a full story.Kind regards

Friendly service and personal attention and service. The staff all know me and ask about my mother and other things they know about thats going on in my life. Service like youll never find in a big chain store pharmacy.

Awesome staff in particular Ray. Even though I have moved I still travel about 30 km one way to collect my chronic medication.

Its very empty, almost like theyre moving or closing down soon. I got what I went there for tho and the staff were quite helpful.
