Made a booking for my covid Vax, said I should come at 12:30pm for quick process.Waited 3 hours before the nurse injected me.Horrible service and communication from dischem staff.Why make a booking if you have to wait? Makes no sense.Probably the absenteeism of the poormanagement!

Great service from Jana at the dispensary. Twice now there has been issues with stock of my medication. Both times she took the time to phone other branches and even phoned another pharmacy to check if they had stock of my medication. She always follows up with me and makes every effort to get my medication before I run out while still ensuring that I dont have to drive around from one pharmacy to another. Great service from Jana

The service is terrible. As I have called 3 times today with a concern that could not even be addressed by the Manger of the department. He has failed to follow up on his calls. No information could be provided. The messages is not relayed to the employees. I would not recommend this store when the service is of this quality. I expected more.

What a joke!tried to go for a covid test,phoned first,was told I need to book via their link,tried but the supplied link would not open on several devices.Phoned again,this time a extremly rude african soumding lady told me that they where probally busy and basically that was it.....I could not go for a test without booking and could not book because their website was faulty and to top it off a rude receptionist...if one could call her that because it sounded like she was doing me a favour by answering the phone and wasting her time by speaking to me! PATHETIC!!!!! Customer service is not a four letter word and maybe your company could do with some basic customer relations training.

Lovely well stocked clean shop. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Dispensary and self medication counters available. Not only medicine is sold here but many other medical and personal items as well. Also a nice shopping experiance.

No notice or reason why they are closed at 5pm for the last few days. Some basic communication & operating hours on the front door will be great!

My expectations of the baby wellness clinic was so high but it got dropped so low. My baby was due for a vaccination so I filled in the form and a sister assisted us. When we got there the nurse did weigh my baby, measure head cim. and length. After that the other sister just filled in the vaccination card but I was very disappointed that they didnt seem to care how the baby is doing, their milestones, what they are supposed to be doing, teething aches etc. As it is promised on the website that it is the services that they are offering. Because it was my first time I didnt know what to expect and I thought the nurse was still going to sit down with us and discuss these milestones of the baby and also ask what are challenges and give some advice

Worst online shopping experience from the front desk the lady with 5vyear customer service yet cant even be polite and friendly what a sad experience that customers have to put up with. I went to fetch a a online order from them came home the order goods was incorrect inenquired and informed them after which I came to the store to exchange the lady who helped me told me I should go fetch the correct item. I couldnt belive what she told me I was so furious after they made the mistake then she had the nerve to tell me to go in the ile and get the item I want. That was so bad after wasting my time due to there own negligence in believable

Staff are helpful and friendly. The iles is a bit narrow for wheelchairs when busy and many people in the iles. But otherwise it is ok.

I have had the best experience shopping at Dischem. The staff is always so helpful and kind. I also find they have the best specials!When I fell pregnant, I registered for the baby bag and when I didnt hear anything after my boys birth, I contacted them via Facebook messenger. Wow! They were soo amazing and helped me immediately. An hour hasnt even passed since I contacted them when they phoned me to let me know my baby bag is ready for collection.The only reason I had to contact them was because there was an error with my email and they didnt have a contact number for me.They helped me so kindly and I am so thankful to Dischem for this kind service!I recommend them anyday!

One of my employees was shopping at willow bridge on sunday was search in public after waiting 20 minutes outside the door for her friend that was stil inside the pharmacy she was humiliated in front of the shoppers went by while the security search her at the entrance of the door they let her go with no sorry we maid a mistake ,she bought only one item which she paid for . I went there on Monday to seek for a sorry but walk myself into only excuses. The case is not over yet I did seek advise from a lawyer and I was also treated like trash management was totally unprofessional. Will never go back there again no matter how cheap or how many specials they have

Yesterday the 30th of June I went to shop at your store. I was shocked at the lack of care being taken to protect customers from Covid 19. No one was disinfecting the handlebars of the trolleys and baskets. There was no control as to how many customers were allowed in at a time and the store was crowded. Do you think that the virus has magically disappeared.

Excellent service from the pharmacy. The pharmacist went out of her way to have my medication that was only available at another dischem delivered and thereafter brought to my house by one of the pharmacists assistants after he had finished work. All this on a Saturday. Both these staff members did more than their job requires of them.

Well stocked. Found Diabetic Accu-check strips, easily. Very helpful on the phone and answers the phone quickly when calling them. Didnt have Clearscar in stock. Had to go to Cape Gate

Really good service, especially the pharmacist at the dispensary. Had no problem to take half an hour of her time to help with a problem that I was having. Prices are lower in comparison to other stores.

Nice store but the most dreadful Customer Care Desk. The simplest of queries became a dreadful experience with both women behind the counter just staring at me with miserable faces, not even a greeting. They should not be allowed to deal with clients as this is the stores first impression. Clearly customer care at Willowbridge Dis Chem does NOT care.

Very disappointing. Online it said that a certain product was In stock, while out of stock or low in stock at every other Dischem. So I went there in working hours to buy that product, since we need it at work. I asked if they had it, but alas, out of stock. What a waist of time.

The worst customer service ever.I was a regular customer in DisChem stores for many years but today what happen to me in DisChem Willowbridge was miserable. I went there to buy some organic oils Jojoba Oil, Argan oil, Almond oil Etc I bought 3 bottles of different oils, get out of the store to buy some other organic oils at Health Basket which is not far from them, few minutes later, I came back to DisCham to buy other oils as I couldnt find at Health Basket, but I could not realize what happen. I met half way coming to the store 5 security black male telling me that I steal the store.I was so angry that they told me I am a theif and I told them Can you please proof it to me this? They neither proof nor show me anything. I told them oki search me. They said we dont wanna search you and you can leave now I told them I wont leave unless I see the store Manager. They take me to a supervisor and same supervisor tells me she see me from the camera stealing, I tell her proof it to me but could not.I told them I wont leave unless you proof it to me again and again.After that the security guys intimidated me that they will arrest me.Already contacted to the manager, and waiting for his response.Guys if you dont steel and such kind of incident happens to you, what should you do?Will appreciate your help

This morning I phoned several Dischems and received terrible service, staff telling me they think they vaccinate babies on Wednesdays - I can come in before 3pm any day (As if I dont have a job and loads of time to waste), they will call me back and I was transferred several times and holding the line for ages. I phoned Dischem Willowbridge, the line gives you and option to be put through to the dispensary, the lady that answered made an appointment for me quick, quick and gave me the price of the vaccination. What a change of service after trying to get assistance from Dischems in other areas.

Dischem Tygervalley service sucks! Today is the only day fragrances are offered at 25% off. I wanted to purchase the 200ml Dolce and Gabbanas Light Blue which sells for R2000. I went to Canal Walk - no stock. I went to N1 City value centre - guess what - no stock. The very friendly and efficient assistant offered to try to do an interbranch transfer from Tygervalley. Tygervalley decided that no, it would be more convenient for them to inconvenience me, their customer and insist that I come to the branch to purchase. Seriously? Do you underdtand customer service? Please go and look it up. I will never ever go back to a Dischem store. I do not appreciate my business not only being taken for granted but also not being wanted. I will make all my other toiletry purchases elsewhere and will be purchasing my perfumes from a retailer who respects me and acknowledges me as a customer. Cheers Dischem.Your level of customer service leaves much to be desired.

Store has most of everything expected from a Dis chem store.The really cool part about it that there is place where you can swipe your parking ticket to get a discount on the parking fee. Quite nice.Feel like they care.

I buy most of my personal care items there. Great selection, lower prices. Excellent service. Theyre always willing to source products for me or give rain checks.

Mostly unbeatable prices and a grand selection of goods. One creepy pharmacist who keeps trying to diagnose you from which medication youre buying, but otherwise great.

They are really well stocked in general. They have a really good baby section and health food section and they also have a bigger variety makeup than other chain drug stores.

The only pharmacy you will ever need !!! They have everything you can think of at this shop , friendly staff and lots of cashiers so the que moves quickly . This is the number one pharmacy in my opinion .

Bought a Powerbank from Dischem and needed to return it to the supplier, lost my slip and did not know what to do. Natalie from Tygerberg Dischem was ever so helpful. She helped me in reprinting my slip. I so wish that JHB people in General were as friendly as she was and so helpful as CT people. Love CT.

The store did not want to give me the price that I saw on the shelf for the product I purchased. In fact, the sales lady even removed the price tag that I saw on the shelf. They are definitely not adhering to the Consumer Protection Act.
