Fantastic service. Arranged to open account via email. All done in 24 hours. Am disabled so got a friend to take me so l could introduce myself and get some if my medication. I was so nervous but the lady behind the counter calmed me with her professional and efficient service. Got 5 star treatment.

Went there today as Sunningdale Pharmacy did not have stock of my tablets & thay advised that I stop off there!! Well no one to help me shop empty & cashier busy talking to someone behind counter? Processed the transaction ignoring me the whole time! Then asked for payment & when I challenged her on her customer service skills just ignored me further! When I remarked that not much seem to work in the pharmacy as the credit card machine took forever to print the slip the other person just laughed!! WELL DONE YOU NEED TO GET SOME TRAINING FROM SUNNINGDALE BRANCH AS THEY ARE BRILLIANT WITH THERE SERVICE!!!

The lady behind the counter is a miserable as sin, I am sure a smile would kill her.The tall bearded pharmacist on duty should also try a smile - it doesnt cost anything.Very poor service on a prescription that they had to order in; it arrived but it was too much trouble to unpack it for me.

Excellent service. Moved from Clicks to Merlot a few months ago. Got so fed up bad service from Clicks group - the pharmacies systems are problematic.Nigi, (Nagien) is a great, caring pharmacist.My prescription is always quick a given with a smile.Love the old style pharmacy.

Old fashioned pharmacy with helpful pharmacist and late hours.

Racist staff at the till, white customer at the back of line get served first and before you if youre Infront of the line and not white. Lack of greeting or even smiles from the pharmists. Never again will I support this pharmacy and never will I direct another person there.
