Slowest dispensary in the world, took 15 minutes to serve one and a half people

10 percent more expensive than Dischem on my monthly prescription( Delivered) Nobody answers their phone.

Lucille the pharmacist that assisted me gave 4 x tablets of my medicine, this is less than half the script before I have to travel. I get home and call Lucille as I open the box of medicine. She tells me to come back. Back ? I am sick and feel awful, now I have to drive back, park again walk to the pharmacy again ONLY to get to her with no stock of the other 6 x tablets and she has the original script the doctor gave mezbShe then gives a refund for the other tablets and a copy of the script and I go to the pharmacy inside the Spar at Cape Quarter but guess what ? They can not process the remaining tablets against my medical aid as Discovery has some type of systems control and tells me I can only process this again after two days when the 4 x tablets are finished. Lucille your actions have so many knock on effects for your patients when they are not feeling well. Learn how to properly dispense the right medicine and if you do not this on hand then share options with your patients - donnnot just do your own thing that means you have to issue refunds and create extra work for all of us and yourself, have to scan the original prescription and make your sick customer drive up and down with a total run about. I will in future try to avoid the hospital pharmacy - just not a good experience at all.

Long wait with one one person assisting, who had to keep walking back and forth to the pharmacist. Pharmacist was 100% unhelpful.

Its disgusting that a hospital pharmacy doesnt keep all medication. I had just been to my doctor, was on a drip and needed to get my medication and then go home. But they didnt stock most of my medication and didnt care how this affects me..

You have the worst service of any pharmacy I have ever been to.
