Frankly to explain what happened wouldnt serve any purpose given the manner I was treated when asking what I deemed a simple question. The taller of the two at the back acted and looked as though he wanted an outright fight. By FAR the worst experience during my adult life while shopping.

Extremely rude and dismissive head pharmacist . Treated me like sub-human when THEY were in the wrong (they lost/misplaced my script). I eventually spoke up and stood up for myself. Their prices are exorbitant too. I will be moving to another pharmacy asap.The only plus is that the lovely lady at the counter went out of her way to help me.

The staff are friendly and helpful, they always have my prescriptions and anything else I might need.

Tension between staff. Head Pharmacist very rude and condensing to customers. Enquired about a refill for script I had placed a month ago. Was informed the script was no repeatable. Asked for a copy of a script and was given one that stated I received 90 tablets even though I only got 60. Definately not returning.

Blooms is the best chemist Ive ever been to in Cape Town. The staff are so knowledgable and helpful, and it has a healing energy. Whenever I walk out, I always feel uplifted - because the people who work here are genuinely empathic, and they care about people. Thank you guys!

Accidentally park my bike in front their shop in kloof steet. Returned to my motorcycle and there was lock and chain on the front wheel, which is illegal in general case. Charged R200 to let go after I asked and pleaded that o do not have the money, i went for job interview. Apparently my motor bike impeded 2m walk around on so called private property. Heaven forbid the granite i parked on. I said i was sorry and the reply was if i dont pay the security would get fired. BS. The ownership of public space and privilege is astounding.

Very friendly service but extremely slow. I have been there 8 times or more and every single time it takes 15minutes + for prescription medicine where other pharmacies only take 5minutes max.
