The nurse who refused to consult my 5 year old son and chase us away without even entering the room, while my son had nose infection and she diagnosed my poor baby without even checking him and she concluded her status that his got covid-19, I left broken and I managed to get help at cottage clinic and the pharmacist that day even cancel my booking for flu vaccine. I will never forget this day.

20:48 | Closing time on the door and Google Maps states that their operating hours are untill 21:00. I am standing infront of the pharmacy while two personel are inside. Knocked on the door, both of the personal reacted and saw me, ignored me and then switched off the lights as if they are closed.

I had a slight emergency at 7:30pm and I needed meds. Rustenburg pharmacy had stock of what I needed and delivered within 40 minutes to Pinelands. It was only 60 Rand for the delivery , and they brought a card machine. I got to speak to a pharmacist when I phoned and placed the order. Great service!

Always helps me with my prescription medication. Especially when I had Covid they always delivered and helped me.

This pharmacy has always come through for me. Staff are super helpful. To the lady pharmacist with the braids, thank you so much for being so wonderful. She obviously knows what shes doing and the medication she recommended was on point. I also had a budget that she helped me keep while still making sure I got quality medication.I suffer from severe anxiety and often have panic attacks. I had a panic attack in the store and she was so so kind and helpful, leaving her station to make sure I was OK and helping me stabilize my breathing. Its always quite mebaressing having a panic attack in public, but I didnt feel judged at all. Thank you!Please convey my gratitude to her!

Exceptional Service. My asthma pump ran out this morning and I called the pharmacy with severe breathing issue. A pump was delivered to my home within 12 minutes. I dont know who took the call but whomever it was certainly knew that this was an emergency and took extra steps to ensure a pump was delivered. And since nobody carries cash any longer, I was able to pay by credit card.

I had a most unpleasant experience at Rustenburg pharmacy, Rondebosch dispensary staff gave me wrong advise re repeat prescription for acute dermatitis, because of their advise I could not claim repeats from my medical aid, only in 2 weeks. Any person with any medical knowledge about dermatitis should know waiting 2 weeks for relief from dermatitis is excruciatingUnfortunately I dared to object to their inefficient service and from then on very badly treated and even called rude and told they are happy to see me go.They have no business sense and customer service is not existant, hopefully they have plenty customers with their unsympathetic high and mighty attitude

Amazing pharmacy! I never have to wait more than a minute or two in the queue. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. I highly recommend this pharmacy! (Much faster than going to any Clicks pharmacy)

The staff are helpful and friendly. This place is conveniently situated on the ground floor along Main Road. It is open until late 7 days a week. So pop in for prescriptions, over the counter remedies, make up, toiletries, reading glasses and sunglasses. A decent first aid selection. They also offer passport or ID photos.

Why is the sister so rude when you phone her? today i ask her if i can come in tomorrow for a injection and she was very rude by telling me shes got a client shes busy. The tone of her voice is scary. In that case the lady at the switch board must not put call through to her. I was in queue waiting to be assisted. The pharmacist had a hearty conversation with the other client about their personal life. He saw me standing but yet he did not even attempt to acknowledge me. I decided to walk to the tills (done intentionally to indicate that he is taking a while) to check whether they are able to assist with the self medication I needed but was advised that I had to wait for the pharmacist. I proceeded back to the pharmacist, where I expected maybe an apology for the long wait but to no avail. I have not complained to them directly as I wanted to see how the pharmacist response would be. In future please treat every client with the same amount of respect whether old, young, rich or poor.

How hard is it to just look up from your pc and acknowledge a customer (the only one) when they walk into your pharmacy? This used to be my go-to pharmacy, because the sister there goes out of her way to assist. The pharmacist however, seems to be just too busy to concern himself with customers. Fortunately there are two other pharmacies in a 200m radius.

Amazing service from Rustenburg Pharmacy for my son who was feeling ill ahead of his varsity exam today. Being a helpless mom in Durban, nice to know that i could rely on the pharmacy to deliver sone medication. They really went the extra mile

The admin has always been terrible. We have been customers at the pharmacy for almost 10 years. Initially we received our statements with no breakdown of the medicine we got. After several attempts we managed to convince them to send us our detailed statements via email. Later on our account was merged with another clients account and after a couple of other emails we were promised it was fixed, just to discover after a couple of months that my email address on their system was wrong. When a new owner took over last year, I had high hopes – but hence it was and is still the same. Finally I decided to close my account – which I should have done years ago. I was very disappointed in the lack of care for individual requests to sort their admin out. No chance I’ll ever go back! Customer lost!
