Absolutely no concept of time. 10 mins after opening time the doors where still closed even though they saw me waiting outside since before 9. So sad 😞

I moved to the CBD from Vredehoek six months ago and have been using this pharmacy since then. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, affordable prices, short waiting times and open late. If something isnt in stock they will order it for you and they also do free delivery. You cant go wrong!

Efficient service plus delivery to your door! I could email my script and by the time I got home my medication was already there. Not always the case, depends on the amount of deliveries on the day but happened to me twice already, so Im a happy customer 😊

I find this pharmacy one of the best in town, even if it’s late (they open everyday till 11pm) the staff always welcomes you with a smile. They are very attentive and help where they can. I got sick once inside the pharmacy and the staff was excellent in the manner of assisting me and saved me from the embarrassment while helping me to clean up. The medicine is cheap and although they don’t stock everything they always willing to source. I like the fact that they need prescriptions, it means they follow legislation so all you 1 star review get with the program. Litekem is amazing and your go 2 emergency chemist. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ For Fagri & his team!!

Looks can be deceiving - This pharmacy HAS the BEST service in town!!!! Friendly, helpful staff, always willing to go the extra mile and so darn affordable.They are open till kingdom come (11pm! even on Sundays) and offer a delivery service as well...Despite its appearance the team is doing a fantastic job at delivering everything to good standard, Ill will keep coming back.Keep up the great work Litekem Darling Street :)

The beautful lady working there tonight was an absolute huge help. She is super friendly and you can clearly see she knows her stuff.Medicine advised to me by dischem pharmacy was a complete waste of time and money causing prolonged pain and worry. Will definitely come to this place first next time.

The service is okay...not bad...you get wot you need

Just came back from the pharmacy now. Drove all the way from the southern suburbs and got there at 10.45.They suppose to close at 11 and didnt wanna help me and it was very urgent for my new born baby. I told them my situation and still wouldnt allow me to come in. 👎👎👎

Ive ben getting the best service from Lite-Kem for the past 2 years. The staff are so kind and helpful. And they are open no-matter what, till 11pm and even on Sundays! You can always count on this pharmacy, no matter what you need. Thank you guys for being so supportive.

Very sarcastic telephone manner. Reluctant to order me script because I need 12 capsules and the box comes with 20. Requested me to look around for a pharmacy which has an open box and if Im unsuccessful, he will order it.

The interior is ropey and uninspiring but IN THEIR DEFENSE this is a 24hour pharmacy and they must get some awful characters crawling through there at strange hours. The staff are always slightly exasperated but I honestly dont blame them. They must be brave to work there.

Helpful staff, open late at night, if they dont have stock or a product, they will deliver or contact you once it has arrived.
