Shocking. Specifically booked time off and booked an appointment for second jab only to receive a too bad so sad voicemail canceling my appointment on the day of. I have tried calling this store all morning, no answer.

No manager in the pharmacy. Having registered a number in the queue for a prescription was being bypassed by customers for collections. Easier for staff to do collections. Another customer advised that she complained about the same previously. Clearly nothing being done. Will continue to go to the Blue Route

Vaccinations appointments start at 8h00, but their operating hours start at 8h30.. Wheres the logic behind that?

Staff member needs to work on her people skills.

I was not impressed with the clinic service yesterday. The first issue was that when we arrived for our appointment there were not vaccines available and we were then expected to book another appointment which I refused to do. The clinic nurse was so unprofessional. She was in such a rush an was very insensitive to my sons fear of the jab. Will not return if Erika is the nurse on duty.

This is a huge thank you to the pharmacist (Howell) who helped us while we had Covid 19.My husband urgently needed his chronic medication. He offered to drop my husbands chronic medication during his lunchtime. We are forever grateful to you and hope that Clicks Constantia appreciates you. Thank you and stay safe.

Friday 12 March at. 3pm the most polite and helpful cashier encouraged me to sign up for a clicks card and took the time to help me with the form.

Have no success being put through to the dispensary. Third attempt very crackly sound. Not good.

I have bee trying to call since this morning the phone gets picked up I can here people talking in the background but the phone gets put down if they are busy they can tell me to call back .Professional courtesy

I went to the clinic and asked an assistant if perhaps a cholesterol test could be done as I hadnt eaten yet. I was ushered to wait for the clinic sister.After waiting for 20 mins Sister Mildred walks out and abruptly asks if Id made an apptment .I respond negatively and I ask if a walk-in test was possible .She impolitely continues walking on and says NO youve gotta make an apptment and my next appointment is 19 November and walks off down the aisle..

The store opening hours do not correspond as per website which states it should open at 08h00 each morning. The store opens only at 08h30 each weekday day and only at 09h00 on Wednesdays as posted on a flyer on the door.This Wednesday, I arrived at 08h00 and found out I wasted a whole trip there and back to return a defective item; unfortunately I could not wait for an hour for it to open due to a meeting I had to attend at 09h00. Poor communication. One star only for wasting my time.

Zero service. This branch will not even answer the phone. Been trying for days...and its not out of order. Just too lazy/ irresponsible to bother.

I have been to many Clicks to collect chronic medication, this is the only branch to send timeous SMS’s and where I don’t have to wait longer than 15 minutes to collect. Friendly and helpful staff too

Havent been to this branch in a while and the refurbishments done is satisfactory. Isles are a bit cramped but shelves are stocked.But what Im really impressed with is the pharmacy ticket machine. Absolutely love this concept!

Good service but Staff could be more friendly

They never answer the phone you can phone 5min after store opens or 5mim before they close anytime during operational hours so this is not the 1st itime ts happening.

Beware, Clicks Constantia charged me R810 at the till for items with a displayed shelf price of R766, then wanted ME to call Clicks IT department to set it right! I suspect many of the shelf item prices are incorrect and they then scam the customer at the till. General staff attitude was that they were disinterested in resolving the problem.

1 star for not updating their store hours on their website or Google listing during lockdown. The shop was not open during their advertised hours.

Pharmacy is painfully slow, the ticketing system works only if there are pharmacists at both counter types if thee isnt then your number never gets called. The lane for the cashiers is far too small and you have to shuffle past people just to get out the store...I avoid it if I can

The worst service i have ever received from a pharmacist...its almost like she is doing me a favour. Waited 58min, then greeted by a female who kept sighing. Been coming here for 9 years and shall never return after today.

I rang Clicks Constantia at 8.30 today and no-one answered. They dont say your opening times, so I tried again ever 10 minutes. Nothing.Then another half an hour later, I get through to the voicemail and I press 1 for dispensary. I held on for 10 minutes and no-one answered my call!!I think you need more staff to take calls and when one is in line at the pharmacy, it takes ages for the line to move. I phoned again at 2pm and still didnt get an answer apart from the voicemail, Then then phoned at 15.50and once again it rang and rang for about 3 minutes. Priscilla finally answered and said she put me through and once again I held on for ages. Finally she came back to me and said the Dispensary couldnt take my call as they are too busy.She took my name and number and said shed get them to call me back. It is now 16.00 on Tuesday and I will make a note should anyone call me back. Regards. Lorraine Steytler

The worst service ever, no one at the drop off and collection counter at the pharmacy, you wait and wait and wait even though you called ahead 2 hours ago! And when you ask for assistance, they get cheeky and say they cant help it you just have to wait. Frustrated is an understatement.

Unfriendly staff, lacking proper management together with a pharmacy that is unable to assist customers. Overall experience is very poor.

A fairly standard store in the nationwide Clicks chain. The service at the pharmacy counter is often extremely slow.

Dont need to call a guy and wait on a side street in the dark
