Ordered a desk and custom made floating shelf. The desk is really lovely, but the floating shelf came without any brackets - so basically a plank... After numerous promises that they will source hardware (which never happened) it seems that is was easier to ignore my e-mails.... also received the worse service EVER in the showroom...I can not seem to reply to your comment - so will edit the original one. The fact that you do not answer my emails is what angers me most. Ignoring an unhappy customer is not the way to go....
