Best crusaders store ive been to. Could do with a better display system and some helpful staff. Was looking for something and could not find someone to assist. So I left

I am extremely unhappy for being stopped from entering this store because I was wearing a hat. I am a regular customer at branches across the western cape and have never been denied entrance anywhere because of my hat. The guy at the door says its for security reasons but I fail to understand that logic...so I can walk in there with my mask covering most of my face but I cant wear my hat inside your store? I find this policy very insulting to all customers and needless to say I wont spend my money there again.

Absolutely poor service, the guy in the buy shop doesnt know how to run the business at all. What a waste of time.... Maitland and seap point are the best.

No customer orientated. I wanted to buy a ratchet but theve stuck plastic over the bit so I couldnt see if it would fit the sockets it should turn. They refused to remove the plastic theyd stuck over it, claimed it would fit but without any proof and lost a sale. Go up the road, service is better.

Found exactly what we wanted at a great price. We have searched on the Internet for months for a stand-up floor polisher with no luck. Only ones available were completely out out of our price range. Here we found a Kärcher, one of the best available, hardly used and the price was fantastic

No professionalism at all not friendly when you have a complaint re their products and or return of fault items baught always on the offensive side not recommend at all. All the money I spent driving up and down taking away broken items is not on with me. The service was good. Some items shouldnt be put in the shelves without proper testing. Especially second hand power tools.

Love shopping here,especially dvds.Most of the staff is friendly but they have a very rude cashier with dreadlocks,that woman has the worst customer service ever.I make sure I wait for another cashier even when she is available.
