One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had!We went to Primi to carbo-load before Two Oceans and the pizzas were divine!Service was a little slow but good.The venue has a warm and welcoming Italian vibe.I’d go again.

We went on my daughters birthday for a family breakfast to Primi Eden on the Bay. The service is not great at all, drinks were brought one at a time, and food arrived to the table 1 hour after ordering. When the food arrived it didn’t look like it was just made, chips was dry , bacon seemed to be dry not to the standards at all of the Primi that I’m use to getting. The kitchen manager came to our table and apologized and made 1 of our breakfasts no charge but this doesn’t make me happy I like to know that when I order a meal and if it takes so long to arrive at my table it needs to be top quality. Sadly I will no want to try this branch of Primi again.

We arrived and the waiter took our drinks order. Then the other two waiters started arguing with each other. After calling the manager Alan and complained I must admit the service increased 100%. Well done Alan for the way you handled the situation. He is a staff member the needs to be acknowledged for his management skills. Thanks

Wellington was my server, he was amazing! He was completely in tune with my needs and I will be back, but only if he is my waitron again! The food was great but the views were a bit blocked by the plastic curtaining otherwise would have been 5 stars, due to chillier weather! Think Primi might be losing business to Moyo for exactly that reason... but again, thank you Wellington for make my evening, stress free and awesome🙏

Service is shocking, toilets are dirty and not up to scratch, have been waiting over an hour for our food, would not recommend this restaurant at all

Absolutely pathetic service. Waited one hour for our food. The drinks we wanted were not available. Got the wrong food given. The manager is aggressive and angry. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Orders mixed up, waited forever for our orders and when it eventually arrived at our table the waiter got the oder wrong. Such a alovely day soured by poor service
