Good food,good space and great view and top notch staffing.all in all its a great place to relax with friends and share a pizza with fresh fruit juices and great coffee

There was no toiletpaper in any of the toilets.Kids eat free special only applies to one child and we were only informed about this after receiving the bill. Yet the menu states kids eat free with 2 adult meals.However overall it was a pleasant evening. Good service by our waiter, Valentine.

Food was great, vibe was great, adequately seated apart. Nice staff will come back again. Reason for 4 star is its obviously not cheap but not too bad either, also I phoned to make a reservation a day in advance and when I got there they had no record of it we still got a table tho.

Excellent pizzeria. Delicious thin- base pizzas. Wide variety of pizzas, pastas, salads, etc. Excellent variety of drinks on offer. Practices covid protocols and takes care of customers. Well worth a visit for a mouth-watering meal.

I wanted to give a higher rating as everything was great except for the fact that a bottle of 750ml still water cost R36. Seriously that is ridiculous! That is a rip-off. Other than that everything was excellent, the service the food!

Really great lunch experience, although while my wife had an incredible creamy pasta, I made the mistake of ordering the pizza. The pizza has FAR too much cheese, but aside from that the flavor was fine. I would definately order the pasta next time and not order pizza again. We will absolutely return as the pasta was wonderful, the setting was good and the staff was great.

Upmarket restaurant with great decore. Lovely friendly young vibe. Wine list is great and food menu is awesome. Only negative thing is that no chips are served, but other great sides make up for this. Complimentary sides of garlic, chillies and parmesan cheese is great. Service is good, waitrons are friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

I l💕ve ColCacchio pizzas, theres no other compares, the base, fillings, taste combos, cold or hot, it is the most delicious recipe. Willowbridge has an awesome special that runs till 30 April 2020. Tuesdays only. You can order for take-aways or sit down meal, order 2 pizzas pay for the most expensive of the two. I like to have a sit down meal and order a take aways too. Everyday is ColCacchio day for me!

I just loved the food at this place, I had the home made Lasagna Bolognese it was just so Delicious I just wanted to order another plate of the same. The service was very good & its a lovely & clean restaurant. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys their food. So I give this restaurant 5 Stars.

We were unlucky to get the worse waiter today. It is such an important part of the experience. He just didnt care and did not look after us at all (didnt even smile or thank me after I still tipped him). Shocking in a time when businesses need customers more than ever. Wont be back, there are enough other good restaurants in the centre.

The variety on the menu is limited, but good vibe and the food is extremely tasty, the manager was so nice and friendly but our waitress couldnt have been bothered, very uninterested

Friday night chaos, Service order is ranked, Mr D, anyone seated inside, pastas, and lastly outside seating. Not a great experience

I did a walk-in take away as the phone is out of order. The cue was extremely long as many other clients did walk-in orders and the restaurant clearly decided that under level 4 take away conditions they will cut their staff complement to 1 front of house + 1 pizza maker + maybe 2 or 3 kitchen ladies. Many clients commented on the slow service and I was advised my order will take about 35 mins which is fair. After 40 mins I started to notice that the other walk-in orders after mine were being issued. It was quite obvious that a mistake was made and my order was never placed. When I approached the manager (Toni) she outright lied to me that the other walk-in clients which i personally overheard order and pay after me ordered via other means and that my pizzas were almost done. I can handle an honest mistake under the visibly short staffed conditions and irritated clientele but an outright lie with a terrible attitude by Toni spoilt my appetite for Colcacchios. After an hour I was still waiting on my pizzas. Rather avoid Colcacchios Willowbridge during the level 4 take away only restrictions as they will most likely spoil your evenibg like they did to many of us loyal Colcacchio supporters tonight

Went for a brunch pizza, and it was not busy. I think we kuat didnt have a good waiter.Nice venue though.

Ordered two blue formaggis for takeaways but when we got home, we noticed that its only one instead of two. The other pasta dish was not what we ordered. I suggest checking there and then before going home.

I have been a fan of the Col’Cacchio franchise since my first visit and if you love thin crust pizza, most would agree with me. I favour the ones with outside areas so the Willowbridge shop sees me frequently. The staff are always friendly and efficient. The pizzas I’ve had have never been of poor quality; the MORITURI being my personal weekness. Only suggestion to management would be to give the outside benches a fresh coat of paint. Otherwise, keep up the good work and see you again soon.

I am gluten intolerant and I made sure to ask the waiter over and over again and reminded him to make sure it was gluten free and even explained with gluten is. Unfortunately, had a massive reaction 30 min later due to there being gluten in the pizza. Very disappointing.

We had our dinner at Col’ Cacchio last night. We celebrated our anniversary and some other life achievements.We had a wonderful evening with amazing food and service.I will personally recommend the “ragu di manzo” from their menu. It was the second time I had it at this branch and it was stunning.We will definitely recommend them and we we definitely be back again.Thank you so much for a lovely evening

The food is delicious, the staff is friendly and super trustworthy! We forgot a laptop under the chair. Alex, the waiter, ran after us screaming and shouting to draw our attention and hand it back. That is the most honest person Ive met in years.

ColCacchio is one of our favourite restaurants. It has a laid-back atmosphere with freshly prepared meals, which always tastes great. Visit any of their restaurants, the food and great service is consistent throughout. A great place to meet with friend or family.

One of the wines (kleine zalze) is listed as vegan, but it contains egg and milk products. I told the staff and they dealt with it well.Hope to go the soon and see if the change was made to the menu. Lovely experience :)

I experienced slow service and their milkshare was nothing more than warm melted icecream. Also, deeper into the restaurant, the air was thick, like that of old fermented alcohol. View is nice though.

I ordered Pomodoro pasta recently as a take away and it was a bit bland.Would have been great to add small container of parmesan cheese maybe to increase the flavour. Take away service was quick and the waiters seemed very helpful. They offer Zapper as a contactless payment option, which is great.

Friendly staff, great food but SLOW service, only come here if you have time to wait around and good company to talk to. Its a cozy place to be great vibes only complaint is that they work so slow that you start to wonder if they have forgotten about you even with the drinks I eventually went to go get those myself for the table as we waited close to an hour for them which is disappointing on their part.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and willing to accommodate a specific request but I find the R 75 corkage fee is ridiculously expensive for a pizza joint.

As a loyal customer for many years, tonight (9 June 2020) was the most unpleasant and infuriating experience I have ever had at any restaurant. Placing our order at 17:55 telephonically, we were told the waiting time is 40-50 min, arrived 18:40, only half of the order was placed. The front of house places the ready pizzas in the cupboard and orders the rest. Meanwhile, 15 or so delivery drivers are sitting outside, 4 next to each other per table (no social-distancing). After another 50 minutes (and after multiple walk-ins and drivers were served) the hostess takes the hour plus old pizza from the cupboard and hands it to me with the new order. Not once was an apology given or updates. The standard and quality of this institution has deteriorated drastically.

My first eat out since lockdown.My rooibos latte was lukewarm and the pizza the same.After a few mouthfuls cheese was congealed. Waiter never came to ask if our food was ok. I make better food at home.
