Today is my birthday and it was really made special by visiting our favorite place after such a long time. The service was excellent..No waiting to seated and served... I loved the atmosphere, despite the time period we find ourselves in.. Tapiwe, who kindly greeted and seated us was so friendly. The food was great and my daughter loved the play area. I will definitely keep going back.

Friendly service for myself and our family with kids; the kids play area was clean and well supervised as well. While the food did take quite awhile to arrive, it (pasta and pizzas) was delicious and the overall service and experience was great.

The restaurant - GREATFood is delicious, price is right, kids enjoy Play Area.Outside in the parking area however is where I have a problem. Parking your car there is not safe. I believe my tyre valve caps were taken there.

Worst service I’ve encountered in recent times - excluding NY Slice. Black patrons get hand sanitizer and preferential treatment and we are ignored. Restaurant not busy at all yet nobody greets you or approaches you to take your order. This empathy has gone on for years now at this branch. One can hope it pray it closes its doors soon - maybe then the staff will get their assess in gear and treat patrons with common decency and respect. Until such time I cannot in good conscience recommend this racist place to anybody.

I placed my order for 6 pizzas by phone for a birthday party at 17:20pm. They told me the pizzas will take 30-35 min. I arrived at 17:50pm to collect and they hadnt even started on my order yet. I ended up waiting another 20 minutes. I was now running late with the party food. The pizzas werent made with love. They were slopped together in a rush, the bases were very thick and they did not taste great at all. Does Panarottis still woodfire their pizzas? They dont taste the same anymore. I remember classic Italian tastes and textures. Not anymore :-(

Always enjoy going. Kids love the place. Staff super friendly and helpful. Toilets need to be cleaned more often.

Decided to celebrate my sons 2nd birthday there...ended up having the worst experience EVER!! My kids got there food and my husband and I had waited an hour and 15 minutes for one lousy pizza. We ended up leaving without getting any food. When we wanted to leave, they suddenly wanted to offer us the pizza for free. Im never going back again...

Always have a good time at Panarottis in Claremont, excellent seevice and good food, they adhere to covod regualtions as well, food was great yet again.

The food is great. The kids loves the play area ofcourse and the staff is extremely friendly. Tapiwa is probably one of my favourite waiters 😅 but this branch is my go to branch when it comes to Panarottis.

Menu specials does not make any sense. Serving staff need to know the menu. Will never support them my fist time every at this outlet and it was an total dissapointment. Canal walk branch is a better option.

Child friendly and very cool staff. They have a play area, nice place to get a bit of a break for parents. The child minders are very good. They also have movies and hes for kids to keep themselves entertained. Every kid gets a lucky packet before they leave. Its so exciting for them.Parties:Can host kiddies parties. You would have to call them. There is a price per kid. They have a pizza slice mascot who dances with the kids and greets the birthday kid. The kids also get a special dessert and a lucky packet.Food:They have build my own pizza and dessert for kids, but also have choices set for them.Plenty of options for adults as well. Personal favourite is the Mediterranean pizza. I always order the monster size... To take home and have all weekend. Its so goodThe staff is friendly and always update you if anything is running late.The manager always checks on the tables as well.

We always have great service and tasty pizza at Panarottis Claremont. Our favorite is the breakfast pizza. This was one of the things we missed so much during the lock down periods when we tried to limit our trips out as a family.

First time in restaurant and HIT! Started with a nice and welcoming conversation over the phone, to check availabity. Cosy western style interior, with the crew truly happy to host. We were craving for pizza and weve got two delicious plates. Extended menu is definitely inviting for many visits! Thats the place to have a great time and gorgeous meal :)

Worst service ever, waited and hour and 15min for nothing. Kids ate but adults pizza never came. Adults left without having a meal. Waiters never asked once once if we were OK.

The food was good but not the best of service. Some plates werent clean and the waiters were a bit clumsy. Otherwise it was a good experience.

Love the saucy chicken and bacon Supreme. Remove the ham and i always put on the chorizo sausage. Greatest pizza bases ever.However please consider opening a branch more south as in tokai somewhere. I must always drive far out and Mr delivery wont pick up and deliver to muizenberg.

We have excellent service when ordering from Panarottis Claremont. The pizzas are delicious and the service is efficient and fast. We have never been disappointed. Ordered from them again this week and loved the pizza as usual! Highly recommended and the specials are good.

My family and I are regulars! Top spot for family and friends. For some reason or the other their food is way better than most other Panarottis. Theres a playing area for the kids with someone watching them while the adults get to do what they do best! Friendly staff, great service and a great place! Weve never been dissapointed. Great for family with kids. Food is always delicious never disappointed. Play area is monitored with a supervised staff member present. Area is clean. Comply with Covid-19 regulations (take temperature and sign in ans sanitise) no sanitises available on tables though.

A really nice place to relax, while enjoying good pizza. Very chilled, with a pleasant vibe. Located in the southern suburbs. Cool kiddies play area, and the service is not bad either. On the whole, it is lovely experience.

After eating at panarottis claremont my husband got sick he been having diarrhea and vomiting. I think milkshake he drunk was expired or what. He is symptoms is like some one who had food poison. I hope he get well soon.

I have just ordered a takeaway pizza and I am very disappointed. The pizza seemed to have not been cooked properly and it was so cold when it arrived. I usually dine-in here but the takeaway was very disappointing.

Went for kiddies party in march-2020 and the kids were disappointed because the pizzas were served ready made - instead of build their own pizza. Also the adults waited almost an hour for their drinks - which arrived with their food - and the most expensive pasta on the menu had whole thick pieces of dark-brown shoulder bacon in it, the bacon was not cut-up and - the pasta and pizza tasted rather bland. The kids enjoyed the play area.

I attended here with a friend and his 11 year old son for lunch, unbeknown to me this particular branch has a kids eat free on a Sunday,I tolerated the high noise level as I too have children, although they are all young adults now, and I almost forget what it was like to be in the presents of young children in a public place.Noisy.The restaurant is well situated in Claremont main road, be warned that parking is a bit of a problem, especially on a Sunday, where kids eat free.The signage outside is adequate enough to be noticed from the road as you pass by.Inside is clean, the staff courteous but not too efficient, may be it was just that Sunday, I attended, but as this is an unbiased review, I tell it like it is. Pizza is not my favourite food, but I enjoyed the one I ordered, adequate toppings and a nice medium thickness base made for a balanced mix.The table was a bit cramped as time went by, I needed to stretch my legs.Desert in the form of a waffle with ice cream, finished our meal, so for just under R500, feeding 2 adults and 1 child just does not feel right, expensive ,yes, so I will not be doing pizza again soon.Panarottis Claremont, is not bad if you are a 🍕 pasta lover, head on down you may just enjoy it.

We had a delicious and relaxed late lunch at Panarottis Claremont! The food was prompt and the service very friendly and efficient thanks to our waitress, Melody! I recommend this lovely clean Pizzeria anytime!

I just had the worst experience at Panarottis in Claremont. Its the 24th of December and the staff made it very clear that they really dont want to be there at all. There was no child minder at the play area. My son fell off from a considerable height and cried from the shock and pain of hitting his face. I had to be alerted by one of the other children that my son had seriously hurt himself. I ordered the ribs - very bony but the salad was nice. My daughter didnt enjoy her ice cream with chocolate sauce. One of the staffs daughter was hanging around the play area and my daughter complained that the child had hit her. All in all, a terrible experience.

Order and collect was quick.

Despite the fact that Panarottis has always made some of the best pizzas I have had in my life, this past experience was made extra special by an incredibly bubbly and fun waitress. Thank you ♥️

The only Panarottis I ever go to!!!
