Loved it, well maintained, but needs more entertainment facilities and faster administrative procedures. Customer handling needs to be maintained. Focus on not only providing a service, but being of service to your customer for more satisfaction. Creating an experience for your customers will improve overall impression

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Toilet upstairs are not working, no lock on bathroom door, door handles always broken. Do not leave any food in the kitchen cupboards or fridge it will be gone the next day. Besides all that. I was staying there and was alone in a room upstairs whereby it was locked everyday and keys left at reception. When I returned from work the evening I notice that the room was opened as several of my stuff been stolen, shoes, money, clothing and my spare cellphone. No proper feedback from staff or investigation done regarding the matter. I even send an email so hopefully owners would respond but nothing at all. The very next day I was informed the price went up and they forgot to tell me several days ago so I need to pay in the difference of each day. Very unorganized.

New hostel. Quiet and in a good area. Bed is comfortable and sheets are clean. Came here from mojo cause it was too noisy, wish i came sooner !

Great hostel in Cape Town with great location very close V&A Waterfront 24hours reception and outdoor pool we have a great time and we will be back and I highly recommend
