My husband purchase the wrong Chela preg tablets yesterday. I went too the store today and the cashier is so incompetent with her manager or whoever assisted her in the back office. To exchange the tablets for the correct one but they cant give my balance of the funds. Because they need the clicks card. Or I take the product and spend the rest of the money they must give me back on another product. So sick and pathetic. Their policy on their slip says return purchase either for full refund or replacement. With original slip.l, which I had all. The management and staff is confuse not understanding their own policy. My husband is not even in Cape Town in order for me to get his card.... What does a stupid clicks card matter. I didnt pay for the product with the card. I used cash. Pathetic service. Management and staff needs training on how they can provide the best customer service.

Waiting 4hours to be vaccinated at Clicks Westgate Mall,there is no system here.Our information need to get captured but people are waiting so long at the pharmacy to be sorted.This is not fair other areas its a in and out situation why do we need to sit here whole day???

The Clicks website shows the store opening at 08H00, yes when I arrived here at 08H10 i was advjsed the store only opens at 09H00.How frustrating to plan my day around the times listed on the website only to find the store still closed.Update your times on the website or open the store as per the website!!!!!🥶👎👎

Walked up to Yonela and he refused to assist me, Very bad customer service... Please Judy if this is the type of staff you employ to give service then I will shop at another retailer that will be able to assist me with good customer service!

Tried to buy 6 items this past weekend (6/7 Feb 2021) - they only had 4 of the items I needed, in stock. Dove beauty cream bar was on special (4s) = nothing in stock - no apology, or are we able to get it for you during the coming week?No Nivea Q10 tub = same as above.Generally I find this store service shocking & products not readily available.

Please dont lie that the shop opens at 8:00 - 17:00I went and waited a whole hour . please correct the times on the website.it opens at 09:00-16:00

Terrible customer service - bought a few items on the online sale (5mnths ago)The blender was making a bad sound (like the motor was burning) and I decided to take it back. The lady at customer services first argues with me about :1. She says someone must opened the blender.2. The blender fell, she tells me.Then, they take it to the back and returns to tell me that it works but theres no problem at all (once again arguing with me).I explained that its not broken and Im not going to wait until the thing first explodes / short circuit my house & then Im going to return it to the store.By this time you are highly annoyed & not to mention, well within your rights to the Warranty - why you must fight at Customer service is beyond me.Clicks Westgate Mall (customer service)Rude, disrespectful, unpleasant and unprofessional.

I bought a babylis hairdryer and the next week when I returned it due to the product not being to my satisfaction. The cashier said no return because no one is going to buy something I used....im confused because why have a return policy if I cant bring it back If Im not happy....i go to a defferent branch and I got a full refund.

I booked an appointment by clicks clinic for my babys immunization, when I arrived for my appointment, the clinic was closed due to being out of stock.They did not inform me that the appointment was cancelled and that I needed to make another plan. Very unprofessional !

I take my 19 month old daughter for her injections and drops since 6 months old, I myself go for family planning and the sister is most helpful, kind and freindly.

Disappointed........I visited clicks pharmacy this evening @ 18:12pm and I asked the pharmacist for a product for my 6 year old sons blocked nose. She gave me Flonase nasal spray . I arrive at home and open the bag it clearly states for adults and kids over the age of 12.What was she thinking??????? Please focus next time a customer ask for help.Such an inconvenience.?...Ashley
