The quality and service of the threading was excellent. Only down side was the long wait. I had a set appointment and had to wait 45 minutes to be seen. Never go if you in a rush as you will be expected to wait. Friendly staff. The receptionist could be more welcoming but warms up later. Maybe more seating as it does get busy.

I have had the most exhilarating experience with Rashmi. I suffer from PCOS, i have severe skin Pigmentation and ingrowns hairs and shaving Bumps to the point of scarring from everyday shaving and threading my face and to now not plucking a hair on my face is an ultimate achievement. I didnt trust Rashmi at first, after my first laser, i asked for an immediate refund cause i was so displeased but a week later i noticed that biggest change in my skin. The phots attached is from my first laser to now only my 4th treatment. All i can say is i have nothing but exceptional reviews and advise people to just trust the process. I have never in my 26 years of existence felt so confident in my natural skin until now and i have only Rashmi to Thank for her recommendation to begin my Laser treatments.

Rashmi is definitely the place to go to for your eyebrow threading and any laser hair removal. Ive been and can definitely recommend the her services. The only downside is that it might be quite a wait even though you have made an app for a set time. And app usually gets taken up pretty quick.

Whenever we go there, we have to wait for such a long time. Yesterday in particular, we witnessed the owners’ greed and complete disregard for their clients - they were over booked and we had to wait for nearly 45 minutes for our turn. When our chance finally came, we were greeted by cold and rude therapists who make it seem like they are doing us a great favour in giving us treatments. I must say, I come from Johannesburg and have been to some of the best spas and threading salons in a South Africa and I have never seen such unprofessionalism and snootiness. You are very far from the best, perhaps being in a Cape Town makes you ignorant. Anyway, the over-booking caused the therapist to thread our eyebrows so fast, that both my eye brows have been drastically thinner out. She also scarred both my sister’s skin around the eyebrow area.I had the thickest eyebrows and am shocked at how thin they have been threaded. I certainly did not ask for that. I have to go for microblading now to fix their carelessness. I am highly disappointed and would like to save whoever I can from such an experience. Eyebrows are golden and your therapist must be mindful of this and understand that they can’t be regrown overnight. Find someone who values you more than they value money. What an unprofessional establishment. First spa you leave feeling worse than when you came in.

Bad customer service. We arrived to a very rude secretary who didnt give me any indication to when I will be served even though we waited for a long time after my appointment time. When I eventually went to get my treatment by Rashmi done, I entered a room where there were about two other women who were performing treatments. They were very rude, unwelcoming and just stared at me without even greeting. Rashmi did a great job at threading my upper lip but because of the horrible service, I decided to teach myself how to thread my own facial hair really well and I never ever came back to Rashmis Beauty and Spa.

My lovely wife loves Rashmi and has been a happy client for many years.

The place has a nice aesthetic but it isnt functional. There is no proper receptionist and their organisation skills with appointments are really bad. If your okay with your appointment being delayed by 30-60 mins the service is good.

Worst place to do facials. No assessment is conducted on skin prior to facial! My face was burnt with the product and the next day was so so swollen, tight and dark marks on my cheeks were I was burnt. Im livid I went in with clear skin and now need to pay for PROFESSIONAL help.
