Oh my word! The pharmacist a young lady, did not know what a nasal spray is. Then she tells me she neither had any form of nasal decongestant spray, or rather did not know any of the brand names I asked for nor if they had it, where to find it. Rather steer clear and go elsewhere. What a disgrace, the number system is like pre-school. Not for grown ups.

A vaccination today.It was a painless experience.Wonderful friendly service all round,from the cheerful lady booking in outside in the cold to a painless injection.Many thanks Richard

I went to buy a packet of cataflam d from the despensary today, 01/02/2021, the male pharmacist assisted me, when I got home there were only 9 tablets inside the box, its suppose to be a box of 15. I visited the store between 5 and 6 pm. I immediately phoned them, it was 5h55, 5 min before closing time so I can inform them. The phone rang for a long time, was picked up and put down again. Didnt want to take a call before closing time.

Really bad service and attitude.

Terrible service. Only two pharmacist serving all tickets. If you are there for self medication you stand for at least 20min

Pathetic customer service, either with sleepy uninterested staff or rude pharmacists that know everything better than you and argue with the customer on things the doctor said. This is not the first incidence. They laugh behind your back and the manager is the worst. Hes rude, doesnt care and treats customers like in jail. Next ! Any other clicks is better than this one. That store manager should get fired.

Had the most unprofessional experience, I was laughed at by the pharmacist and his assistant on a very serious matter. When I walked away the continued to speak about me behind my back. I have never been patronized to this extent. Rather go to Dischem at least they have passed the 5th grade of maturity.

Probably one of the most pathetic clicks stores in existence. I go there often, about once a month, and have been for the last 10 years, but today I was laughed and chuckled at by 2 of the cashiers a male signaling a female cashier 5 meters away from him to also chuckle together. Im a dead ordinary looking person? While I was standing in the queue of 2 of one person and myself, he kept throwing bits of plastic towards her to get her attention while she is serving a customer at the till, him standing behind a 100% working till directing the people in line towards her, truly professional. The cashiers are never on their posts, and I truly feel sorry for the blonde haired manager type lady with the white shirt, always willing to help, needing to call them over the intercom every time to come do their job (being at the tills) while people are standing and waiting for the world to tip into oblivion. Poor service

It is so sad when one bad apple ruins the whole basket. I have, very painfully, experienced the very baa apple this weekend. Most of the pharmacists are friendy, caring and well trained. Oh, but beware the moment that filling a script is not routine. I have had a few run-ins with the woman whom assisted me this weekend. I always try to not land in front of her. Terrible manners (as soon as she realizes that she has no clue what to do) and just a overall attitude of rudeness. I even caught her out in a lie, but she just kept on arguing with me. It is so sad that people get pushed through a system to, in the end, just land in a position for which they are definately not qualified, and the poor consumer gets stuck with the utter frustration. Thumbs up for Brenda and Colleen for being the best ever. Unfortunately these two stars cant always be on duty. I will miss you.

I have always received good service from the pharmacy- the main reason I shop there. Friendly, helpful staff.

I visit Melkbos quite often and had to collect chronic meds from Clicks Melkbosstrand.(The original script was at Clicks Saveways, Witbank). I went to Melkbosstrand Clicks on the 3rd of January 2018. Due to Christmas season they were 14 tablets short. I had to return by plane to Johannesburg on the following day. It slipped my mind about the tablets, but the kind pharmacist arranged for me to collect it in Witbank. I called on the 20th of January, left a message and she returned the call. She sorted everything in five minutes. Wow! I am giving Melkbos Clicks a 5 star rating because they treat everyone with respect, are kind to the elderly and most of all friendly and efficient. They treat me like a local Melkbosstrander when I visit. I must say that Clicks Saveways in Witbank did not even try to assist me.

In shopping mall friendly helpful staff. Clean and neat.

Bad service. Call to find out what time they close. 7pm they say. But dont mention if load shedding pharmacy closed. Just the attitude was enough when I got there

Bad mannered pharmacist Mr. Kruger, with partly incompetent staff !! Giggling and laughing behind customers - happened to others too ! Not a good reputation for Clicks !!!

I would like to say a VERY VERY MUCH thank you to Marlise for your help and the extra mile you have walked to help me get my meds in my hands quickly !!! I come from Burgersfort, Limpopo. I could not get my chronic meds due to the fact that it was already made up at Tubatse Crossing Mall in Burgersfort. Marlise helped me terribly nicely, quickly and kindly, tsv computers that were off line for a day or so and kept me informed telephonically. She did all the necessary contact work and arranged for me to get my meds here in Melkbosstand within a day and a half !! Thank you so much Marlise !!
