Disorganised chaos is all I can say about the wellness clinic. You make an appt, you arrive on time, but then you get told to go stand in the queue at the dispensary to collect your flu vaccine. Then you need to queue at the tills to pay, before you can go back to the nurse to give you the injection. According to the manager, they cant put up a sign to explain the process, because it will look unprofessional. So they will rather make it inconvenient for their customers?

The Pharmacy does not adhere to their operating times as they just want to pack up early and go home. The pharmacy staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. Will never get anything from this pharmacy again.

The service at this branch is severely acking. Always a long wait to get meds from the dispensary and then another long wait at the tills. The manager doesnt seem to be there today and there are 2 tellers. Staff called for other teller assisance 3 time this morning while the queue got longer. This store needs a serious staff shake up because I heard so many customers complaining and viewing never to come back!!Months ago I had my script marked for Clicks to notify me it was ready for collection. They have done that INCE in 3 months.

Dispensary service is HORRIBLE, especially the one female that works there. On numerous occasions they take forever to help you and when they finally decide to help you the service is rude and cold.

In store service is great. But trying to get a phone call to the dispensary is virtually impossible. The phone gets picked up and put down again without any answer. :)

I on numerous occasions have needed to go to this branch to make use of the dispensary, each time i have visited the branch it is short staffed and has resulted in standing in a queue for ages just to be able to get my script attended to. (we talking about 30minutes minimum)Today i called to follow up on a repeated script and the phone was answered by the front desk to inform me they are too busy to take my call.The short staffed issue has much to be desired as many are complaining about this issue whilst standing in line waiting to be assisted.

Dont have all the necessary stock
