New store in the area. Well stocked with a wide range of cosmetics, perfumes, toiletries, health products, baby products, jewelry, hair accessories, crockery and small appliances as well as snacks and some toys.Good layout and in-house pharmacy. Off road parking for 10 - 12 vehicles with possible 6 - 8 roadside parking. Friendly staff and efficient service.

They dont have everything like the bigger stores youd find in a mall. But they have 95% of the stuff I usually buy which is great.

Bad experience poor service of pharmicists no help at all not even an suggestion of where to go for what i was looking for. They dont greet or smile very unfriendly.

Worst experience ever.The pharmacist and the person who overlooks the floor staff, attitude stinks. They were very hostile and angry for no apparent reason. If they not happy with working on a weekend, get a other job.

I am so happy thay there came a Clicks literally 8 minutes from where I live, always popping in once a month to see whats on sale, especially having teenage daughters, so Im always checking shampoos/conditioners, sanitary ware section, brushes, face masks, sprays/underarms, all things young girls needs on a daily basis

Everytime I go into Clicks Grassy Park it has not been a pleasant experience.We are in a pandemic and the service sucks .Today I spent an hour waiting at the pharmacy which only had two assistance and then they only had one cashier at the cash out. Your staff are not friendly or helpful and as much as i would like to support local i will definitely not be shopping at Clicks Grassy Park.

The inconvenience of being short staffed and having unhelpful staff outweighs the convenience this local branch brings.In the 20 minutes I waited in line at the pharmacy, only 2 people were helped by the 3 staff including the ones that were already being served when I arrived.I rather just walk in and out at Ariefas and pay double the price.The queue at the till points ALWAYS takes a long time and there never seems to be a reason.This beautiful addition to the neighborhood must get its act together FAST.

You expect the store to be open when you Google and it reflects Monday to Friday from 8 in the morning, just to find a long line of people outside including staff. The staff then informs everyone we open at 8.30. I could just as well have driven somewhere else.

They are situated at a convenient location and they stick the majority of items that one requires

Poor customer service. Asked for assistance from an employee and she would be unhelpful and walk away while I was describing what it I was looking for

Dear Clicks,The clicks in Grassy ParkI been to 4 times and you are sold out on savlon, dettol, hand sanitors. This is due to customers placing orders and when stock arrives it immediately is being sold out??????? What about walk in customers!!!!! No adequate advertising about placing orders?? This is a real in consideration from your sales department.
