I had a very bad service experience at this Branch yesterday.I called in to check if vaccinations are carried out, and if I can pop-in within the next 30 minutes. The lady on the phone confirmed all in order.I arrived shortly after the call and was told that vaccination is closed for the day. This was just after 2pm.The manager that confirmed that I can come, asked me to wait a bit while he makes arrangements with the available nurse. I waited for almost half an hour with no form of communication. I then looked and found the manager on one of the aisles, only then he spoke with the nurse. The nurse told me that she needs at least six people to carry out vaccination, and that I should come the next day. I explained to them that I was on leave for the day, and I was only there because I was told to come. In simple terms, I was turned back.

This has become of my favourite Clicks branches as the staff are always very helpful and friendly - even during a pandemic.Despite the obvious pressure that they are under, they can always point you to where a particular item might be.One more than one occasion when they were out of stock, they phoned nearby braches to locate what I was looking for.The new pharmacy system is much more efficient so that you dont have to queue for meds - and the pharmacist will often recommend generics.They also have a phone or visit system for appointments with the nursing sister whos there from 9AM to 5PM.Would be happier if some of the so-called herbal remedies were not sold, but I guess there is a market for that.

Pathetic! If I could rate no stars, that wouldve been even better.Tried calling continuously and no answer.

Covid-19 protocols adhered to, always assistants on the floor to assist, staff very efficient & eager to come to your aid, management visible and hands on, pricing displayed on shelves not always correct, pharmacy convenient and well stocked.

Standing outside at 9:04 am. Two staff members arrive and the woman waiting next to me politely asks if we can also enter the store as it is now after 9. The staff members ignore her FLAT out. Charmed Im sure. If you arent going to open your store on time then at least have the decency to apologise or ask people to be patient, but to outright ignore a customers is not really ok. In addition Ive also asked this store to order out of stock items for me on two occasions and have heard absolutely nothing back - it is now several months later. So... Yeah its a clicks and it stocks most products, but customer service is lacking.

I tried calling the Clicks Clinic for 3days wanting to enquire about a vaccine for my 6year old. They do not answer any calls or the phone just rings. Otherwise it is answered then hung up. So I went into the branch itself it was little after 5pm and I left a msg for the clinic staff to contact me with the napi code for the vaccine. I received a voicemail message confirming that they have a vaccine available but the napi code was not provided. So I tried again to get in touch with them, but was unable to. Bad service

Just an everyday clicks store that doesnt differ much from other franchises... The variety on certain products might not be too large if youre looking for a specific item, so youll have limited options. But a great store basically, clean and friendly staff.

Shocking service. Waited in line for 45 minutes only to be told they has no stock.
