Booked my vaccine, received multiple SMS and emails confirming my appointment etc. but I booked for a Saturday. No one informed me that they dont vaccinate over weekends, the website and staff allowed me, and now wasted my time and lost other booking slots I could have made. Clicks is useless beyond words. Just go somewhere else.

Never bother responding to complaints. I suggest avoiding all clicks stores as they couldnt give 2 hoots about customers

Strange that their 2-ply toilet papers normal price is R79.99 yet they advertise that as a special. Am i missing something cause R79.99 is what i buy that toilet paper for anytime of the year, on special and not on special. Are they trying to fool us?
