Very polite and friendly receptionist and doctors. However, I would like to put out there that for r600 I thought they would do some examinations, at least look at my skin through a microscope or take a UV photograph. But r600 just to look at my skin for 10 seconds and recommend a r710 cream was very upsetting for me.Thank you to the doctor who answered my questions I am grateful for that. I was just expecting more for a r600 consultation, not even offer a discount on the r710 cream after spending all that on the consultation.Update: I received a call today regarding the above - there was misunderstanding with what I was going to be getting so all I am doing here is making sure someone doesnt make the same mistake as me. A consultation can be just speaking, and having a surface level look.I do believe these professionals are great but make sure you know what you want.

Ive been going to Skin Renewal for about two years now and highly recommend the Claremont team , they are extremely welcoming, professional and friendly :) My therapist Jess, is such an amazing beautiful person, she explains treatments and products in depth and makes you feel so comfortable. I was especially conscious of my acne scarring, but the treatments recommended and done so far has improved my skin tremendously. Ive gained the confidence to go make up free! They also make you feel safe during these Covid times, as strict protocols have been put in place to ensure the safety of their clients and staff.

Leandri and her team were excellent, made my last minute booking in no time and still able to adjust my time slot when I was stuck in traffic. I have been a customer at Skin Renewal since 2017 and I have been very happy with their services and the results. I initially started with skin needling for my stretch marks, which have now gone away due to the consistency of treatments.I have now taken up various different treatments from facials, to IV drips and cellulite treatments. The staff is always friendly and helpful and the clinic is spotless, especially during the COVID 19 times.I highly recommend Skin Renewal as a clinic, they have brought back my confidence which I lost when my stretch marks consumed me.

I recently won a Hydra Touch Facial via a giveaway and had my appointment yesterday. The overall service was absolutely amazing considering the current pandemic and lockdown in place. Shanice was very friendly and explained the process step by step. The facial was absolutely amazing and my skin feels so good. Will definitely recommend the clinic and treatment to all the ladies I know and will definitely return in the near future.

I absolutely love going to the Skin Renewal clinics. I have Fibromyalgia and Dr Graham has helped me get it under control both in my body and the Rosacea which happened because of a Leaky Gut. Oh and did I mention how beautiful the decor is - love it!

They structure their treatments to force you to pay for additional treatments that you dont want. Pricing is also around three times higher than competitors. They charge for consultations, and then after the consultation you feel locked in as youve spent money for a prescription (read: skin advice you opt in to). I dislike the business model; it gives the industry a bad name and exploits (primarily) women who are simply trying to improve signs of ageing. I support Skin Renewals right to price their treatments however they would like; my review is simply to let people know that they are overcharging and that you can find equal and excellent equivalent treatments elsewhere in the same suburb at a third of the cost.
