Called since the morning as i lost somethimg in their stores just to check if it was in lost and found. Sometimes the ohone is answered but then put down befire you can even ask something.. Or transferred to another section where no one answers. The service is a mess.

Always feel like such a VIP when I shop here. Security always right by my side, making sure Im safe. Thats what Im choosing to believe. Its not a once off thing, each time I shop here the security makes me feel like Im trying to steal something.Clicks really needs to give their staff diversity training. Dont worry when it happens next time Ill be sure to make a video exposing their clearly racist behavior 😉

30% unemployment but just 3 out of 12 tills working on a Wednesday afternoon. 15 people in the queue. They don’t care for you. Useless.

A lot of improvement is drastically needed to receive a better rating. For a starter some training and coaching to the staff would be helpful so they can become attentive to customers. At the moment it is not a pleasant experience going to Clicks at the V&A.

An absolutely wonderful experience shopping at this clicks, both the manager and the other employee were friendly and helpful.

I had the wonderful privilege of being in this Clicks today. I was blown away by the kind, friendly and incredibly helpful staff. Jabu & Collen, you are amazing. The beautiful young man with very short nails at dispensary as well as the warm and kind gentlemen with the syringe - you made my day. If this was a TripAdvisor post, you would get 15/10.

Quite frustrating to be standing in a super long queue with only 2-3 operating cashiers at the tills in front. Especially the pharmacy at the back, absolutely pathetic. Whats the point of having that many registers with only one staff member working in front assisting a long queue of customers including V&A workers that have actually taken the time during their teas/lunches to collect their medication? Either sort out your lunch schedules or employ more staff. Honestly, its a greater inconvenience to shop at Clicks V&A. I literally ended up having to up and leave due to having waited that long and wasting my entire lunch break there.

What an absolutely lovely experience at the Waterfront yesterday. Adonis at the pharmacy was so helpful and friendly and made for a excellent experience and I did not get the wellness assistants name in the aisle but just as friendly and helpful. Customer service at its best.

I had called the shop at 3pm (on Good Friday) to find out what time they closed because i needed something for my pregnant wife. The lady told me they close at 9pm. I went to shop at 4:30pm only to find it closed

We are always quick to write reviews on complaints but very slow to do that when it comes to compliments. Aneez & Shasta-Lee are the best dispensers for me, this two are very patient and will take their time to make sure that one is happy. Keep it up guys :-)

While I have every sympathy for people who have to work on a public holiday like today, the dispensary was understaffed & the lady pharmacist on duty left a queue of waiting people without an explanation or apology.When she finally attended to me she was curt & shood me away from resting my hands on the counter in front of her with irritable hand gestures, (as if she were chasing a fly). Not a good start to 2021!

Phoned numerous times to confirm whether an emailed prescription was there, and to ask whether it could be prepared for collection. Twice I was told by a woman - when the calls were actually answered -- that shed check and let me know. Im still waiting. :-( since 19th and its now 22nd. How long does it take to check the emails?

Would give 0 starts but I have to give 1Terrible staff, rude and ill mannered, I would fire all of the ladies that were there on Sat 1 May.I will never go back.

Disgusting display of incompetence from staff @ Waterfront. They had no clue about customer service, especially the so called beauty advisers @ the different make up stations.Shocking service. Very disappointing, especially as the store is situated in such a prime spot.I definitely will not be shopping @ this store again.

I had to get much needed (prescription) medication whilst on holiday, no script, only copy on my phone.Bulelwa and Mujeeb Kootbodien, between the two of you, I experienced service on another level, going the extra mile and making sure I got what I needed.Thank you for excellent service!

This has been the worse shopping experience Ive ever had. I walk in the store with the intention on spending my clicks loyalty points i got from swipping at petrol stations. Instead of this beeling a classic shopping experience it turned out to be an FBI investigation zone. I got followed all around the store, their manager Patrick is the worse of all managers. He literally held me by the belt so tight he followed me. The i realise i left my card at my card because i always swipe at petrol stations its always in the car. I go out to the parking lot, fetch my card return to the shop. As i walk in i hear attention all security, attention all security and the chase began. They were at it again following me all round. I eventually picked what i had to pick went to the counter, paid and told the cashier to keep my clicks card because i was done with them. I will never shop at any clicks again. And that dude Patrick is the worse dont deserve to be a manger.

Given that this Clicks is at one of our countrys Main tourist attractions I was shocked and extremely disappointed. I went in late in Sunday afternoon, the shop was dirty, the make-up section had NO one assisting with even a clue of what to do. There were used make-up tissues dumped on the Max Factor counter. There were large empty gaps on the shelves. Products rung up at a different price to the shelf price. The Cashier was friendly but that was as far as it went. Our little Clicks stores in Somerset West, Gordons Bay and Hermanus could teach Waterfront how to run a shop.I will NEVER go back there, a total waste of time, if you cannot run a clean, efficient, well stocked Main Centre store then close the doors.

Great pharmacy and retail store with everything you need at great prices. Aussies - this is just like a Priceline only cheaper! Bit of a long checkout line set up but would def come again.

So very disappointed to see that Clicks V&A have set up a long check-out row that you are forced to walk through that is stuffed on either side with candy, chips, chocolate bars, junk food, etc.. By the time I made my way though this aisle to get to the Cashier I was completely disgusted that a Pharmacy that is supposed to support health would so aggressively market candy like this, when we all know that rates of diabetes, obesity and poor nutrition are out of control. Shame on you Clicks. Take down that aisle and market healthy products.

Attention please to all customers who likes promotion or offers, please check the expiration date and sheck in side bottle of shampoo or cream. Because i found the the hair tonic empity to half 😭 it was expensive

Extended opening hours make it convenient for emergency pharmacy needs etc. Clean, well stocked, well managed store

Convenient and friendly service. Products are reasonably priced and there are always specials on offer.

Convenient pharmacy. Well stocked with things you might have forgotten to pack.

Convenient chain of pharmacies and toiletries store. Look out for the 3 for 2 and 2 for 1 specials. Other than specials, prices not always competitive with Dischem or even Takealot.

Its a Clicks. Decent size means its stocks a lot more stuff than your normal store.

Great service at pharmacy. But no one available on main floor to help find products.

Prices on the shelf dont match the prices at the till. My purchase was 10 rand more than advertised on the shelf. I did get a refund but of course, no apology or acknowledgment!
