Customer service is great on this shop. Most of the time there are always friendly sales people standing by the door as you enter the shop, which saves a lot of time and makes finding what you need a breeze. Even when you not sure what you need, you just have to explain what project you busy with, and you get really, really good recommendation 👌

I always find staff helpful. On this particular visit I was looking for precision tool set, an item that was on the shelf but with less options in it. I was thinking of asking someone if they have other options. Before I could ask for it a shop assistant brought me the item, predicting my requirements.

Personell were not helpful at all and very pedantic. Could not even help me with a simple request. Very different to Spiros Mica in Durbanville. Was very disappointed.

Never have stock of what I need. Called to ask for certain timber sizes, which they v said would be ordered. They never ordered the stock. They dont follow-up on customer requirements. Very poor. Had to go to another supplier. Was a pity, because I live in Pinelands 😡

17 July another 50/50 hit and miss with this store: NOT ONE bottle of lubricating oil (eg, 3-in-1/mineral oil (sewing machine)) in this large store! Mica do you have any idea whats happening in this store?

Good hardware store. Good variety of tools, from DIY to some professional brands. Quite reasonably priced. Was really impressed with the low price of there 1000L water storage tank

Smallish hardware but handy for those odds and ends, also conveniently located close to where I work. Bit pricey compared to Builders for example. Generally good help from the guys on the floor and the ladies at the counter are always pleasant. What was very disappointing was going there to buy power tools on their special, only to find the tools I went there for hadnt been ordered for stock! So now have to wait for them to order. Never had a problem with parking.
