Dear Team BucoI must say, you guys are doing really well. And, really, its because of your service and your price - but honestly, its mostly your service. Alot of people in my circle now, like me, almost exclusively shop at your store - as opposed to that other large hardware in Parow.People dont understand that people are willing to pay a particular price - but its the service that keeps customers returning.

Went here to find simple attachment for tap and they had no stock. I was on crutches due to broken ankle and they wanted me to walk around the shop back to my car and not allow me to take the shortest route via the entrance.

WOW!!! Let me tell you I am impressed . I placed an order online but had a few questions before processing my order , I called in got great help from Ricardo , processed my order . I went in this morning to collect my order every person that assisted me from the lady at the back to the lady at the front desk to the security were absolutely amazing . Thank you Vasco Buco .

Excellent speedy services. Love the present of the Manager / Staff Energy. I had to exchange an item which I bought at another Buco. I was not aware that Buco operates independently and exchanging something is not allowed. I explained my urgency and that I am on route from collecting Material and I realised the colour of something I bought was not right. The Manager asked his Staff to check to assist me. 1, 2, 3 and I was on my way. I would definitely Shop at Buco Vasco. Thank you Mr Manager Becuase of you my working day end on a high.

I often go here if Im in a hurry for anything general. I dont go here if I need variety but I do think they are well stocked for their size. Also the staff is always friendly and helpful which is a definite plus for me. BUCO has its place in my life

Alver & Jeff never seem to disappoint when you are helped by them. They bring great customer service and satisfaction! I use to only go to builders but now I have been hooked on buco thanks to the competitive pricing and ability to fulfill my order most times and if they cant they would go the extra mile and sort me out sooner than later. Only critic I got is that they maybe close later on Saturdays and open on Sundays.

This is called Hardware at your doorstep.selling everything building materials sand ,stone and cement and roof trussers zinks tiles what ever you need for your house or to build a house you can find here.you can collect and there is deliveries with in a radius of 20km so it is to order and relax they will see that the stuff gets to you in time.

The worst hardware store I have ever come across and ive been too more than youre aware of.Two computers operating the entire store1 Teller operating cash.Wood infested with liceService was terribleWaited more than an hour to get helped and served.Terrible experience
