When you treat people bad because you think the world cant see, then i guess reviews informs the masses..I Bought a pitchfork from this shop, the very same day i used it, IT bent. i tried to return the item, they asked for an receipt, i returned with the receipt which they issued at the time, it read Spade.at the end of the day, they refused to refund me, why would i want a low quality product thats bound to broke again...Anyway, i support small businesses, but for you guys? i drive right past these guys to builders warehouse.. you should have confidence in the products you sell, maybe cheap Chinese products..

I went to cut 3 keys for work. It didnt fit the ¹st time. I went back it was filed and didnt fit again. Then I didnt have transport again to went back. I called and the refused to assist me by fetching the 10min from the store in Pinelands to fix the problem. Disappointing service

The staff is warm, friendly and very helpful. And it doesnt hurt that the owners also own the King Pie next door. You can literally eat your burger pie while waiting for your keys to get cut. Which is also something they do at Builders City, key cutting. Lets not forget how affordable they are. For all your electrical needs... Ask for Baqir, tell him Nasheeta sent you :)
