I got a quote from Bights for tile adhesive and other related material. I took this quote to several other outlets in Mitchells Plain, and they are really the cheapest. Subsequent to that, their customer service representative, Latasha Julies called me several times to ensure that my stuff is delivered correctly. No where else in Mitchells Plain will you get delivery for R150. Thank you Brights!

I bought a shower screen in july then when i went to exchange it they said they already changed the supplier so they cant take it. But the time i called them telephonically they said i must bring the shower screen i go all the way only to find out that they gonna tell me about the supplier that changed. I was very disappointed as i dont know what am i gonna do about this shower screen because it is big for my bathroom

A great place for hardware and building supplies. I love the space through the isles with sections neatly grouped. They can also refill your gas tanks. The staff are friendly and helpful when I had an issue with a machine I bought. I particularly liked it when they ordered an item from another branch when they did not have the item locally. I love the parking space too. I almost forgot, they have a drive-through, I havent tried it yet.

This branch of Brights is not as slick as some of the other outlets Ive visited. Staffing is sparse, but this may be the effect of COVID-19 measures. Prices seem to be in line with other stores, but I couldnt find a LED ceiling light I was looking for which Brights Brackenfell had stock of.

I always had a good experience at Brights hardware Watergate. Today I experience that the security at the door is very unfriendly and they do not have a nice way to speak to people who visit your store.
