Discovered Brights at this location only 3 weeks ago. Wish I did it much earlier. From the moment you walk in, Security will be able to point you immediately into the right area. At most other companies, Security is there to be just that and nothing more. Every staff member is an absolute delight. I have been now in here at least 10 times and without fail I came out a very happy customer. A while ago I was looking for a very specific bolt and the 2 gentlemen on the top floor were immediately there to assist and even suggested to go for stainless steel instead of galvanised due to the area we live in. Apart from that, one took my name and phone number as they did not have stock. Last Friday, just as he promised, he called me to say that got stock in but I asked him to keep it till Tuesday as I was out of town. Tuesday my 8 bolts (yes all their effort for 8 bolts) were waiting for me behind the counter.Downstairs, the service is just as good and staff will give advise when they can think of a better solution that I am looking for. Unlike some other stores, the staff go out of their way to be giving assistance. Thank you Brights Table Bay Mall, you are superb!

Went into Brights for the first time today , wow what a difference from Builders !! The staff of eager to help and very quick to assist, unlike Builders where you walk around for 30 min trying to get someone to help and then they are rude and unhelpful. So glad to have an alternative. Please support them you will see what I mean.

I was treated with respect dignity and over all felt as if I was the only customer.I visited the shop O. 23rd January to buy a battery. I walked or should I say drove away battery fitted. Excellent service. By excellent trained staff. Well done I know Im a customer for life.

Missing huge opportunity. Not open Sundays, the only store in the huge Table Bay mall to be closed. Most people shop DIY on weekends, Builders Warehouse is extremely busy every Sunday. POOR business decision. Other than that very friendly staff, far more helpful than Builders.
