The staff sounds like they sleeping and just have no care in the world . . .i also do sales and communicate with customers on a regular basis and i will never speak to a client in the way that they do.The way they speak sounds as if they dont have the time or energy for their job. I understand days can be stressful and some clients can be difficult but i mean. . .NO MAN. BUCO please train you staff to appreciate clients and do their job at their best BECAUSE at least they have a job. There are many people looking for a job desperately that can do the job way better then them.

Good service but if some cashiers can upgrade standard of handling customers well in terms of guiding where to go from them. Otherwise most of servers r👌.

I purchased 6 items at the hardware store. 2 items no stock of when I collected it . Spoke to the salesman an I told him to cancel it. The lady at the counter need to be unskilled with customer service. She has no way of talking and very unethical when approached to get e refund.

Isle assistance can improve.Prices are good. The counter hands service is excellent.

Absolutely Horrible, to say the least. Some of the staff are not happy, that anger gets directed at the customers, the ones that keeps you in business. Pls Be more professional and look after your staff.

Went to Buco and ordered building materials and small odds. The small odds I wanted to take then and there but was told that everything would be delivered together; the next day those small odds were short and was told they would not deliver again because its not their fault its short so I have to go in to the store to collect.Huge inconvenience with probably no accountability.

You have poor telephone reception. Just keeping on getting transferred to different sales representatives without getting assistance. I wasted my R40 airtime

Terrible experience. My paid for items was sold. Even though I made an appointment to collect it the next day. Apparently thats what happens at the plaza store if you dont take your good the same day. I was probably supposed to carry 17 boxes of tile on my head all the way home.

Shopping at Buco was great I have had no issue as yet when speaking to staff,they always try an help also advise on whats best or not, so Im glad I went an purchased some roofing materials delivery would take 48 hours however thats fine by me cause the weather this time of year is a bit temperamental, I must say it may be covid that helps people in this struggling time and the staff are very pleasant in helping you.

It was okay, I feel like they did not have much as I expected plus their shop is dark even though I got what I wanted..

Unprofessional and incompetent. And rude. Yesterday I had to go through 2 staff to make a purchase. One man made a clerical error. He didnt get off his backside and fix it; I had to go through 5 more staff to get it rectified, joining a queue each time.We need more hardware shops like this here so they can see what business competition really is.

The service i received was less than unsatisfactory and at the current moment still ongoing. I made a purchase of 45 PVC Ceiling cladding on Saturday 19/08/2017 with the understanding that delivery will take place by the latest on Tuesday 22/08/2017 as 31 PVC Ceiling claddings need to by order. Delivery of the 31 ordered was delivered today with some damaged. I did not want to take delivery of damaged goods and went back to the store. The damaged cladding was replaced and delivery took place. To my surprise 14 claddings was not included in the consignment. I called the store to sort this out with the dispatch clerk who referred me to the sales rep who assisted me with the purchase. Surely the dispatch clerk should have a copy of the purchase invoice in order to issue his delivery notice. Its now 15h50 and the outstanding 14 cladding has not been delivered. Calling the store is futile because now none of the two persons Ive been dealing with end my calls without talking to me. Can someone at Buco resolve this for me, thats if to say if its read by management. My purchase invoice number is 746918 with contact details on there.
