Im always amazed at how this seemingly small hardware store always has whatever I need! Great advice and fast friendly efficient service. Ive stopped going to the big guys and always head to this great, well stocked, local hardware instead.

The staff is very welcoming, they know what one is looking for, even if you describe it more or less to them. They will also tell you what you have done wrong the first time around, so that you dont have to make the same mistake twice and buy the same item again.

What a relief that you can buy items in customised sizes and quantities. Unlike the big brother BWHouses and the likes. Prices are very good

Excellent service from the young man on the floor. Went to great effort for a drill bit I needed. Measured (the screw I brought in) with tool, Ive forgotten the name of it, and pleased to say it was a perfect decision.

This is the kind of hardware store there needs to be more of. Knowledgeable staff and seem to have a bit of everything. Makes the job of seeking out hardware much more pleasurable than wandering around a large retailer seeking out bits. Helpful and chatty and willing to give advice on almost any topic. I just wish there were more closer to where I live.

This is a surprisingly well stocked little hardware store. All the staff has experience in building and can always understand my requirements and make suggestions. Very friendly and helpful. As with most small retailers the prices are marked up substantially, but the convenience is a big factor. I have frequented this shop over a 100 times regardless of the pricing. Paints, building materials, plumbing, electrical, tools, motor spares and everything in between.

Been there 3 times. The person at the till, who is apparently one of the owners, has consistently been rude, arrogant and grumpy for no reason. Have not dealt with the rest of the staff, but not going back there because of his bad attitude.

Actually these guys are really cool. Old school family type service. You will always find what you need without having to walk though kilometres of isles. Prices are good and often better than the mega stores.

They guys are always super keen to help. Although it looks small relative to all those big box hardwares, I am impressed at the remarkable range they carry and they always seem to have just what I need.

My first time at this place when I had gone all around looking for stuff for my childs project for physics in vain and got all I wanted after a recommendation from someone, the person who attended to me was quite helpful. Its a hardware you can find a lot of stock, I had an opportunity to move around.

Doesnt matter what youre looking for these guys probably have it, they manage to pack a ton of stuff in smallish shop and are happy to help. Things are a little pricey but the convenience is worth it.

A very polite young man assisted us. He was out of stock on a particular item and asked us to exchange contact details so that we could return once the stock had arrived. He would order the item on the same day. Our order amounted to about R1600. We made arrangements for my wife (who worked nearby) to collect the items once confirmed.Out of the blue, the Owner started shouting at the young man. We have customers waiting for help. The young man explained that he was assisting us, only to face a further torrent of rude verbal abuse. Feeling awkward, we told the young man to go and help others.It then transpired that there were no other customers waiting for help. There were in fact just three customers who were waiting to pay - only the Owner operated the cash register.I approached the Owner at the checkout to explain that his employee was in fact in the middle of serving us. I wanted to explain that the employee was very efficient and helpful. He rudely and abruptly told me wait your turn just like everyone else.If you need help and advice, rather find another Hardware. Service here is not something that comes from the top down.What makes it really sad is that this was our fourth visit (in two months) to this store, having recently moved into West Beach. One cannot imagine that a small business would treat its customers like this when Big Brands are dominating the hardware space.Really sad and poor experience, almost unbelievable....and HE was the OWNER?
