Kelly cut my hair and she did a great job but one of her colleagues was rushing her. She gave me great feedback and was friendly and gave me some tips for my hair. I just wished no one was rushing the appointment.

I went there for a blow dry and flat iron. Apparently i was told my sculpt was dehydrated very loudly and it made me uncomfortable. The wash was fairly good. When the stylist blowed dryed my hair she blowed my hair out very dry. When i got back to work i noticed that there was piece that wasnt blow dryerd properly. I didnt go back there i will never go back there. First of all i payed i didnt do my hair for free. I went to another hairdresser that did a perfect job she told me my sculpt wasnt dehydrated so please act professional and think what you tell your clients is not what you say is how u say it

I was in on the 14th May, my third time at the salon. The stylist seemed rushed, my appointment was at 16:45pm and I was told they closed at 18:00pm. She neglected to explain which products was to be used on my hair, unlike the previous times where the products was explained. She then washed my hair very quickly, and proceeded to blow my hair. A quarter of the way through she then calls the, who I assumed to be the receptionist to start flat ironing my hair. I then ask for her to blow dry my hair finish and then flat iron my hair. I did not appreciate having so many hands working on my hair. I am then made to feel as if I am having an issue with a common practice at the salon. She does not ask how I would like to have my hair flat ironed and just proceeds to flat iron what ever volume or body I had in my hair out, I usually have my ends curled. The only time she consulted me was to ask which way I pathed my hair. At the end she gives a half explanation as to why she didnt condition my hair or massage my scalp. Even though she apologized for having someone else start the flat ironing I felt her apology was insincere and sarcastic. My experience was not pleasant and I doubt I will make use of the salon again.

Shinead is awesome. She treats my hair as if she was a doctor. My hair was in such bad condition when I arrived at the doorstep of partners and Shinead has restored it to health. Partners have specials once a week for colour, treatment cut and blow which is such a blessing as it makes the whole costly exercise much more affordable.
