Sabrina from the blow dry bar is the best at styling my hair. Never have I ever had my hair done so well and it stays clean for so long. She is friendly and adviced me well on my naturally dry sculp. She did a great treatment for it and for my hair.Another stylist cut my hair and its grown so fast.The Carlton service is beyond what you pay for, I will never have my hair done anywhere else. My hair is the healthiest it has ever been in a long time.

Was not impressed with the “Stylist” I had today but every other blow dry bar girl I have had at different locations have always been great. This lady was just not up to par for the extra R50 compared to the regular blow bar girls who are more becoming and professional. She was a big disappointment on the end results! And burned me a few times without apologizing. In my opinion the blow bar girls don’t get enough credit for their meticulous results! Also, reception is pretty put together and nice too.

I had a haircut, no blow dry. R540 !! and no head massage at the basin !I wasnt happy with the cut, it wasnt what I wanted even though I took pictures. Very disappointed

One expects a lot more from Carlton than what Constantia Village Carlton is capable of delivering. The franchise owner was, in my opinion, condescending, arrogant, rude, inexperienced, unpresentable both in attire and in style and otherwise ensured a really awful and sure never to be repeated ordeal of a morning... Extremely overpriced for what she manages to do with your hair and hands down the ugliest, most disappointing hairstyle result Ive ever had in my life (saying a lot from a middle aged traveller out of rural Africa). Best bet = Carlton @ Blue Route Mall. Better vibe, better value and results for your money.

Unfortunately it is very difficult to find a hairdresser who knows how to cut hair ... here the cuts are all the same ... without a soul ... go out all bushy .. the next day it seems that you never went ....
