Staff are very friendly and helpful. I grew my hair almost 2 years without cutting. So I decided to get it cut a bit shorter and into a style. Biggest mistake of my life. It looked good from the front, so i was pleased. The next morning when I had a closer look in the mirror all the hair was in a uneven length and behind my head I had like a bob cut style and one side was longer than the other. Surely they would have noticed their mistake before I left, if they have told me, we could have made a plan. I was fuming, so it cost me to go to a very well known salon the morning to get it fixed at a additional cost. I paid with pleasure although their rates where a bit higher, and they did a fantastic job to fix it for me. It shows you that you get what you pay for.
