I bought the Nano biotin brow serum from Foschini, was told how great this product works, its going on for 3 months and I still dont see any results. I emailed Bionic hair directly, still waiting on feedback, I think the service is very unprofessional as u feel a lot of money was wasted on a product that doesnt work and I have proof of before and after, no results at all.

Bionic hair is always a treat, I visit the Monte Vista branch for laser hair removal, manis, pedis, high lights and the works. Tammy is an incredible hair stylist and Shelly always makes me feel welcome and calm. They get booked really quickly, I recommend their packages and late afternoon slots once its a bit more quiet! Great prices and wonderful experience!

The hairdressing burnt my hair using the bionic flat iron. Was offered a voucher to compensate for my having to cut my hair to remove burnt pieces. Overall bad service. Wont recommend

He is the first person you meet when you enter and he has such a positive and vibrant personality.Ive been going to Bionic for the last 8 years. They do everything from brazilians, laser, waxing, nails, massages, foot peels... they are amazing. You can literally book everything you want.Just a heads up... they are quite popular so make sure you make your appointment way in advance.

Had Highlights was good ,the second time it was not and they redone my hair no charge the third time they told me my hair will be fine it will be sunkissed only ,nothing drastic and it came out yellow and brassy , I wasn’t happy when I left but the stylist assured me that I must buy there purple shampoo and use it and my hair will look better and if I was still not happy after using the shampoo I could come back , but when I called the salon I was told that they won’t redo my hair as it’s not the first time I have complained and that i should go to another hairdresser , they happy to loose me as a client even though I’ve been going to them for years ,was treated rudely by LuwayneHad a bad haircut there in the past and nothing had been done about it was told that I would get a refund but when I asked no one knew about it .Very dissapointed as I’ve not been refunded both times . Definitely won’t recommend them

Mixed feelings.. First time reviewer . I tried settling this over email but was ignored for 4 months so. Here I am..It seems the only time youre treated well is when you happy with your hair.. Customer satisfaction, probably due to them being so busy, is very low on their list .. They simply couldnt care.First time I went there, it was a great experience. Impressed with stylist and product sold and used there.staff friendly .. They sell amazing hair products. Just make sure its full bottles. I received a hair spray bottle less than half full, when I mentioned it, I was just told.. Sjoe thats weird sorry about that. Happy withy hair though and off I went.Second experience was the complete opposite, firstly I had to wait ages, not sure why I had to make an appointment because I waited so long to even have my hair washed. After this I had the Brazilian treatment done where they rushed through it, because again they were busy, the treatment wasnt evenly spread and when I mentioned it, I was told its fine.I could feel my hair wasnt the same. When you a cash paying customer who spends over R1000, and booked way on advanced, one would think youd be treated just a tiny bit better.Not being overly experienced in Brazilian treatment I took their word for it and went home.Leaving it in for a week( as I was told the longer its left in the better) , I thought my hair would be amazing.. Only to be sorely disappointed, my hair was only smooth in some parts, it was visably noticeable and the next hair dresser(experienced in hair dressing for more than 12 years) I went to said... They messed up my hair on this job and that she could feel and see the difference.I then emailed them explaining the situation and I was flat out ignored. I mentioned in my email that I was just making them aware of it and that my hair hadnt lasted at all. I also mentioned that my hair after 1 wash was the same as when I had it after 3 months (the last time I did it). No body bothered apologizing trying to fix it or even bothered acknowleding it.I guess when its the owner doing your hair you not allowed to be honest about the result of your hair or dissatisfaction.. I also guess having so many customers they couldnt care about the dissatisfaction of one..Will say though their products sold are amazing, but customer satisfaction is not important to them.Big disappointment.
