For transparency and because, apparently, it makes a differencein the service they provide...I went without an appointment.Main disappointment: when I informed them of my disappointment they cited my lack of an appointment as if that is a reason for disappointing service. I expressed my further disappointment that the impression given is that they didnt care what caused my unhappiness. According to them something happened at the basin and at the chair.To start- the basin was loose so every time the lady moved the basin dug into my shoulders.- Twice I had to point out areas the lady missed while washing my hair.- She was aware of the waters temperature but kept putting it directly on my head before it was the right temperature. I got burnt about 3 times.- The stylist burnt me 5 times! I cringed and pulled away but she never noticed! On the fifth occurrence, I opened my eyes and realized that she was looking outside and not at what she was doing. She made no attempt to apologize at any point and I had to ask her to adjust the temperature of the hair dryer. So MY intervention stopped the burning, not her concern for her client.- Then she straightened my hair. My ends looked awful! I had to tell her and teach her that because she went too fast/at uneven speed the ends looked rough.I really thought I had found a place to do my hair and this was easy to get past if only they cared about the customer. It is definitely not good practice to- make a customer feel like your apology is just to get them out of the shop. Especially after the customer voices this is how you are making them feel.- imply that the awful service is the customers fault for not making an appointment.

Its the second time I cut my hair here. Must say I had a better experience than I had at other hair salons.

They messed up my booking and didnt get to do my nails. Next time wont run after specials but rather quality service with decent staff

Unprofessional. Unfriendly.y Dont stick to appointment. Had to wait for 21 minutes due to me been there 10 minutes before the time. After confirming time of my appointment, was asked to wait another 5 minutes. NO APOLOGIES.

I needed an urgent hair cut and they made space for me although they were very busy. My hair is always cut just the way i like it and they are always friendly.

Amazing as always

I recently visited glamour soneike and was very disappointed with the service. I had a headache and my neck hurt after the lady washed my hair. Not to mention the soap and water that went inside my ears. This was not according to my expectations. Very disappointed for the value I paid.

Not very impressed with my nails, the nail tech was not gentle while cutting cuticles and the gel polish started peeling after one week it was applied so thinly, after complaining I got the same nail tech. Will definitely not be going there ever again.

Did my hair and nails and I’ve never received such disappointing service. The nail technician was so unfriendly and the hair stylist was singing over my head the entire time (loud). I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there.
